The guy preparing my families food wasn't wearing a hair net. His long dreads were hanging in front of his face the entire time. Every other person was wearing a hair net. I wouldn't have said anything normally but when I got home my hoagie is covered in mold. Pictured is the piece I initially ripped off the sub before I found others specs of mold on the bread.
Won't be returning to this location again.

Rude employees, employees at the sandwich counter have no manners talking about customers and, crude stuff . Place is dirty and , run down . The free air is always broken and, run down looking .

I just don't understand why the gas operators have to take my card into that booth for me to pay? They could easily steal my card info. Anyone's card info. Too much technology for Wawa to allow this.

I love their drinks specially the vanilla chai frozen. Hoagies good too. I always get gas in this location . There and is really convenient that air for tiers is free, probably last place that you can get it free!!!

I had a mishap today at the store when I ordered a salad I, for the first time dropped my order slip and didn't read the number. I asked the cashier and she couldn't look it up and told me to ask the deli counter which i did and they could only find the order with bacon. SO I told them i have to reorder which i did. I paid and waited and i could hear the deli clerk complain about having to remake , I'm assuming my salad. I felt uncomfortable I hoped no one messed with my food. Nevertheless I picked my salad when it was completed and took it to my vehicle where I learned the chicken was missing from the order. I reluctantly brought it back in and mentioned the missing chicken which sent the clerk and other clerks into a tail spin and grumbled excessively. They were making it seem like the missing chicken was a scam for me to get free extras or that i picked up the wrong order. I am a valued regular to wawa and this store as its closest to my work but this encounter was very unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. Cashier, Alexis, was belligerent, rude and loudly yelling because I pointed out I was the next customer in line. She was very ignorant, rolling her eyes and belligerent. The manager stood silently by and let her act out, she acted like an ignorant young woman and shouldn't be in customer service

I wish I could rate this one higher but this is probably one of the worst wawas. They are very slow in the deli and don’t really out in effort to be any faster which is frustrating. They are never fully stocked with anything. They usually are out of some type of coffee or creamer. They also have messed up our order multiple times which is annoying. As for their gas, it’s always packed but the attendants do work hard to get the cars in and out. The air for the tires is never working which is another annoying aspect. But overall it’s a Wawa and for that it gets some stars!

How bad is this place... I live 2 minutes down the road and will not eat out of this location. I drive about 15mins to get to another location. The store is filthy...ALWAYS..inside and out. The ice cream section all has frostbite. Inventory boxes are always cluttering the lanes. I haven't eaton out of here on well over a year. The food was always thrown together messy. Drinks were poorly made. Ordered 3 different drinks one time, a lattes and 2 chais. Returned to work only to discover they were all filled with warm milk. You will never get your packet of sour cream unitl you remind them you ordered it. A friend tole me he stopped going there because he caught them wipe excess mustard off his sandwich with a Clorox cleaning cloth. Then had argued with him when he requested they make a new sandwich. He ended up just walking out. Worse WAWA of all time. Corporate really needs to step in.

Wawa is very consistent. They all are clean. Bathrooms included.
