“I am putting five stars, because Dr Nelson was five stars for a very long time. He has family upfront and another great front office staff person. For a very long time this all works so well and I loved going in there as long as I had a fairly healthy animal course, so it was very upsetting to me to see this change and I'm having a hard time replacing him, but I must. His ability now in 2024 has deteriorated and sadly, I also witnessed him attempting to euthanize a dog that my friend brought in and he virtually couldn't do it --he was poking at the veins. He didn't use the pink juice. What can I say!?!... he was quite agitated...but it just seems that he's got a great office staff, a great reputation, and it's time to retire and enjoy the rest of your time.”

My new pup, Fitz, is doing well and has been the focus of doctors and staff since our first encounter, giving him vaccines, checking for any possible issues, and taking the time to give him a nail trim. “Very kind and gentle with my cat. ?⬛ Dr Ruskin has great pet bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. The staff is very much pet centered and do what it takes to provide a calm loving environment. They give us the option to wait in our cars if the waiting room is busy. It was quiet when I got there so we went right in. I also like that they also use holistic approaches if the family would like.”

“We have been taking our dog Neo to Homecare Vet Clinic since we adopted him from the shelter 5 years ago. The last few days Neo has had a nasty cough and I called over the July 4th weekend and was put on a last min appointment waiting list and promptly Monday morning I received a text for an appt that afternoon. I can’t express how pleasant every interaction with the team at Homecare has been. From the reception desk to the vet techs, and doctor herself. Everyone on staff is so nice and the care and attention they give Neo is so special even when we moved a bit farther away, we make the journey to their office. Every time we visit we walk away knowing what the plan of care is whatever the illness, we know should we need to try something different we can come back with open arms and everything is always explained in great detail and attention. I love that they follow up to check in as well, truly just a great vets office. I just had to share what a fantastic team they are to anyone who is thinking of taking their pup don’t doubt it! Thank you Homecare Vet team for always being so attentive, kind and caring.”
“Village isn’t our normal veterinary but because our normal veterinary was unavailable we went to see her she was so nice and great with our dog she told us our choices and one was going to an emergency veterinary witch we chose she called them to fill them in on what was happening . Her staff was also very nice and helpful thank you to everyone there you made a very bad situation somewhat more comforting”
“Dr. Skolnick is always pleasant and wants to be sure our dog, Tukker, is healthy. Tukker is not always as nice with her, as he does not tolerate well the necessary sticking and prodding of veterinary care. This means extra charges for special care when he gets his vaccines and full physical, but it is of course worth it. His latest was a wellness visit for a plane trip with none of that business. So Tukker was happy but alert, and the visit went well.”

They explain everything thoroughly and have frequently followed up with me to see how my dog was doing since he's been dealing with some major medical issues. “I was highly impressed when I brought my first pet here! I came early to my appoitment, and they took me back promptly. They patiently showed me how to trim my kittens nails, and informed me on important information I should know regarding the cats health such as vaccines, check ups, etc. additionally they sent me home with a folder of resources and information! All the staff was so kind, and whenever I call with questions, they always help with whatever is needed. I wouldnt want to take my pet anywhere else. I am happy knowing my cat is safe and healthy under the care of Morrisville Veterinary Hospital.”
