I cannot say enough great things about Brett at Campus Town at the TCNJ Verizon store in Ewing, NJ. I have been going to this location for several years and have been lucky enough to have Brett help me each time. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and I highly recommend him. It is awesome to have this location near my residence. I’ve been to other Verizon stores and do not get the personal care I can get here. Brett is a great guy and this location is my go to anytime I have phone issues. Thank you Brett!!

The store manager was great. When the store was busy he was able to multi task and take bill payments and still help me without any inconvenience. Excellent customer service. Been there a few times always great ?

My boyfriend had a problem with his Samsung. We went to this Verizon store and Waqus Asghar, the store manager took care of the problem, made sure everything was working for him, took care of two other customers AND lowered my cell phone bill by nearly 60 dollars. He and this store are great

My experience was nothing but excellent today at version with the help from Julio! He was the only one working and he was multitasking so well… this was by far my best experience getting a new phone..

If I could leave zero stars I would, dont ever go here, the store manager Waqas Asghar is the most disrespectful person Ive ever met.
Visited verizon with the intention of exchanging my Iphone 14 pro max, because there was some type of hardware issue. Waqas Asghar the apparent the store manager welcomes me and another customer when we enter. He asks what was wrong and I tell him my phone has been overheating… his response is then “try hard reseting the phone”.. and politely I tell him I dont think hard resetting the phone is gonna fix the issue because the phone is overheating.. he then responds “well we have aren't technicians” and that definitely wasn’t a nice way to respond but I just let it go and tell him “I just wanna see about a replacement” then patiently waited for him to assist the gentleman who had entered first. Prior to entering me and said gentleman exchanged small conversation and while he was attended to by Waqas Asghar me and the gentleman had exchanged conversation again. I would say I have an above average knowledge of how most technology works.. from phones, to computers, and even electronic equipment. I have years and years of experience with fixing and diagnosing problems so with this particular problem the only solution was replacing the phone. With that being said.. while the gentleman was with Waqas he leaves to grab a new phone for presumably a upgrade.. and while the gentleman I entered with was siting there says his phone was cracked and I told him that Iphones tend to be really fragile and we were just exchanging conversation through the process of his upgrade. Waqas comes back with his phone and while he was setting it up the customer tells me his charger port had gotten damaged so I recommend him a otter box like mine because it can protect the phone from moisture and Waqas rudely interrupts me and says “will you mind your business, this is my job and this is my customer, this is not your job” when all I was doing was recommending a case that they sell, so he would have something to protect his new phone but I dont react and ask for his card and leave the store. This is no way to talk or treat someone especially when I did nothing wrong. I will never be coming here again

I have a Verizon store 5 minutes aways, but drive 30 minutes to this store because I know Waqas will provide the best service.This time was no different. Last time, he helped me move to Verizon and this time to upgrade. Managing trade of 4 phones and upgrading them was easily (and quickly) done by Waqas and Julio.As long as I am using Verizon service, I do not see myself going to any other store.Needless to say, I highly recommend this R-Wireless location and the good folks working there.BTW, the location is a plus. Good food joints in the same complex.

Once again I had the pleasure of stopping by the Verizon store in Ewing, TCNJ campus and I was fortunate to find Brett Hoffman behind the desk. Having worked with Brett before I was beyond delighted to see him and he did not disappoint. He resolved my issue by listening carefully to my needs and very quickly was able to explain what was needed. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. His degree of knowledge and his ability to provide the necessary information to make good decisions is extremely important, especially for those of us that are not particularly tech savvy. He is a pleasure to work with. He is a good communicator, very patient, helpful and an awesome customer rep!! Verizon should be as pleased as I am grateful. Thanks again Brett!
