Only 1 person at the window and a line of about 5 people and the one drop off was international and taking a long time to fulfill, nobody backed the poor woman up. You need at least two people at the window at all time no excuses. Didn’t have time to wait so left. Horrible service I feel bad for that woman all by herself

I was at the back of the line and the lady saw I had a pre paid label. and told me to just drop it in the bin. I said I needed a receipt but she said "they don't do that anymore at this location" WHAT? I drop off pre paid stuff there all the time and get receipts. Rather than fight about it with 3 people in line I just left.

Be aware that this location often closes before the official posted closing time. I’ve had it happen more than once but today really got my goat because it’s a Friday and there were many people in the parking lot who rushed over to take care of money orders. The guy who works for USPS was visible inside but refused to open the door or answer the phone. I was just trying to drop off some packages. Really annoying.

To the woman working at the postal counter today in Ewing, NJ - it was really unkind and inappropriate to be rudely barking directions at my daughter. When someone is unsure of how your system works, simply share with them the steps that need to be done to do a successful transaction. Our local post office prints the address labels for priority mail - and they take both card and cash. My daughter left feeling humiliated and in tears due to your actions and words. She had questions that needed answers she was no longer willing to even ask because of the service she was being provided. Could not be more disappointed.

I love the USPS -- I go in the late afternoon or early, and the service is extremely quick. All the different staff I've had are nice, sometimes funny. You can also withdraw money from your bank for free without paying any fees.

I'm so glad that I could pay the $30 to have a letter delivered next day, for it to end up sitting at this post office for going on 2 days after the time it was supposed to be delivered. Thank you so much USPS, my overnight letter to New Jersey was the only thing holding me back from getting my total loss check from the insurance company..... But thanks to you guys, I'll get to enjoy taking the foot leather express everywhere I go, because my rental car is due back tomorrow.

My biggest problem is that the P.O. Boxes close at 4:30 along w/ the post office itself. Why not allow people to access their boxes for at least 15-30 minutes. The employees can't leave at 4:30 anyway.There are always customers at the counter then.

I came in at 8:00am when they open and no one was there to open the store until 8:15am. When the employee arrived he acted like it wasn't his problem and told us we could could come in but it was going to be a while. I made a special trip to the post office to take care of my business before I had to start work at 8:30am and I was forced to return home so that their incompetence would not make both of us late for our jobs. At least one of us hold ourselves accountable for our responsibilities.
