Everyone in store is amazing they call each client by name even after the first visit pharmacy staff knowledgeable and eager to assist in any way possible med refills done quickly and accurately no hesitation in contacting docs for refills I don't know how they do it but they do it in the most friendly way I love this place

Incredibly friendly and helpful pharmacists! Filled my prescriptions very quickly and kindly helped to answer all questions I had. The store is also cute and has lots of things to shop for.

A well run business. Customer friendly phone menu reorder on prescription refill. On this visit the pharmacist took the time to discuss my health concerns and provided clearly communicated directions. The staff consistently demonstrates concern and compassion for the customer.

I love this Pharmacy because the pharmacist and staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about any meds you pick up. They always ask if you need to speak with a pharmacist about anything you might be taking. They know you by name. It makes you feel cared for. I think they are the best!

Quite disappointed and turned off by the customer service I experienced today.. I guess there wasn't enough staff to man the front register today as the sign directed you to go to the pharmacy and ring up our items. Which is fine , not the issue. . However, I'm waiting in the pharmacy line while this person in front of me is ringing up their items. When they are done, the clerk says "i'll take whoever is next in line." I'm confused because I'm thinking I'm the next one obviously. So one of the customers says to me that the line starts in a whole other section. So basically, this clerk, whose name I find out is Annette, saw me standing there, and didn't even have the decency to say "sorry ma'am , the line starts over there" ...or even acknowledged the fact that I had been standing there prior to the line building up. It was completely rude and off putting that this clerk literally disregarded me and had no decency to open up her mouth and give me a heads up before the line built up. The part that bothers me is that she totally disregarded me and didn't even say anything after I put my things down on the counter in front of her. She just looked over in the direction of the "line" waiting for the other person.(I did put my stuff on the counter before I was aware there was another line) What a turn off this customer service is. I ended leaving all my stuff and walked out. I work in the customer service industry as well and her customer service would be rated in the negative. Whatever management/leadership or owner is reading this, work on that ...thanks

Since the ownership has changed the pharmacy is not the same. They now seem understaffed. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.

Very impressed. Great pharmacy and staff, Shannon is great, he goes above and beyond to help pharmacy patients and typically assists in most interactions with Robbins.Always greeted with smiles, and by name. Great experience, All staff have been very helpful.
