We give Buxton’s Backyard Structures our highest recommendation. Their customer service was phenomenal!! Marisa, Barbara, and John were fantastic. They helped us design our playground and installed it in a timely manner and seamlessly. We will definitely be using them in the future. I will recommend them to everyone!!!!

Super friendly and helpful staff. I went there to pick up one Big Green Egg accessory, and was thoroughly impressed by their extensive stock. The charming ladies behind the counter explained that they are a Platinum dealer for BGE, hence always have a great supply of items. I’ll be back!

Very easy, straight forward experience. Ryan from Buxton's was efficient in taking out the old shed and left the area clean. Rich did the delivery and onsite build of a new 8x10x8 garden shed on schedule as he had promised. The shed looks great. I highly recommend the Buxton's folks to handle garden shed needs.

Buxtons for the win! Every person we worked with was so kind and helpful. They didn’t judge when I made 1,000 mock ups until we found the perfect one. (I even called hours after ordering to make a slight switch!) Delivery was easy and fast. The guys are so nice and polite. We’re soon to have a very very happy 3 year old!!!

I am giving this review one star not for the quality of the play structure but for Buxton's staff and customer service.We purchased a play structure from Buxton's and they were selling some of their demos at 20% off. We loved the playset and it was in "new" condition. Included in the price of the structure was moving and assembly and if we were to move it ourselves it would void the warranty.They delivered our playlet on a red painted trailer with 2 guys (one of the owners) to move and assemble it. It was poorly loaded on the trailer with no attempt to protect it from bumps, scratches, and the wear from travel. After it was assembled there was red paint ALL over the vinyl and there were scratches, dents, and parts of the vinyl that were bent beyond repair. When we asked the guy if there was anything they could do for the damages they said we had to call the owner Barbra and that new structures are wrapped in cardboard and plastic and that we bought a "demo". After I nicely explained the situation to Barbra I asked if there was anything they could do for the damage and inconvenience. She was extremely nasty and said "what do you want from us it was a demo and already marked down 20%. If you dont like it they can take it down and load it back up and we can sell it tomorrow!" She put me on hold and told her husband to do $200 off and thats it. We would have had them load it back up but after hours of assembly our 2 year old was hysterically crying too use his swings.We reluctantly took the discount and was left with the mess of trying to remove the paint and fix the dents, which was partially unsuccessful. We will never do business with Buxton's again due to their extremely rude customer service and disregard to the thousands of dollars spent!

From the moment I walked in to rent a trailer I was welcomed like a long time customer!! Then when I returned the trailer and inquired about a Green Egg, we were given all of the info we needed and all of our questions answered right away by the “chili” lady. Lol. They had homemade chili that was banging!! Will definitely stop there again!!

From the first phone call, Marisa was so helpful. When they came to set it up, they were very professional and it was up within a couple hours. I would highly recommend them to someone looking for a swing set. Our kids have been in it nonstop!!
