The pharmacist is such a rude individual with a childlike personality. I called to ask a question, and he began explaining what he thought I was concerned about. He began yelling at me, and when I asked if I could interject, he started screaming, "Enough! Enough! Enough!" and hung up the phone like a little kid. He should not be interacting with sick, vulnerable people. Who needs a person incapable of having a mature dialogue ?

Takes 2-4 days to fill a rx. Not sure what they do all day but I’ll be changing. Walgreens does it in 20 minutes.

After a week of trying to get my script filled i got yelled at and hung up on by the manager. He is a very nasty short tempered "man" who throws a hissy fit like a child when questioned about inconsistentcies in what the staff has been telling me. He also told me he was going to call my doctor and tell him about our exchange. I guess trying to threaten that he is going to have me Dr cancel my prescription. Very unprofessional and childish.

If you have a script for nicotine gum - this probably isn't the pharmacy you want to use. Doc calls it in finally and then I have to guess when Shoprite has it in stock. ?

I have always been treated with respect by the pharmacist and 80% of the associates behind the counter. It’s not very nice to hang up on a person but other than that it’s an awesome place

Very NASTY!!!! pharmacist older man was extremely nasty to my daughter!!! She got her prescriptions from this pharmacy using my health card to pay after she was asked to return because the charge didn't go through, she did return and again used my health card to pay, when I checked my health card account I was charged twice same amount same day she then returned to get things straightened out and same pharmacist began to berate her in front of the other customers and treated my 18 year old daughter like a child telling her to make sure she gives her mom back the money. This problem was his doing not her's yet he's acting like it's her fault this older man should not be dealing with the public and I'm giving one star because I can't post this unless I give a t least one star no one should have to deal with such a nasty person he should not be dealing with the public

The Baker on site is the BEST! She made a super custom 1st birthday cake and smashcake for my daughter's birthday and far exceeded my expectations. I will order a cake from her always! She is a pleasure to deal with too.

I got my Covid shots here and the staff are friendly and nice and explained everything very well. I am so glad I finally was able to get the vaccine and they are taking walk ins.

No social distancing norms followed. I was in line to checkout; 2 black guys came behind me and stood very close to me. On protesting to maintain a distance the guy started to abuse me loudly, used lot of inappropriate words. This place is not at all safe as there is no 6 ft distancing being followed. Its crowded and management is least bothered to implement social distancing.

The Pharmacist I had today was amazing! I have never had a health care professional explain a vaccine so thoroughly! I really appreciated how he went through all the forms, then described the procedure every step of the way. He even described the purpose for each item he used for the vaccine. I also went on the weekend but my insurance was closed and couldn't be verified. Another pharmacist helped me saturday, and she ran my insurance through this morning to make sure I could get my vaccine today. Really amazing service!

I am highly upset and very disappointment with the handling of my recent prescription, but first, a small bit of background information. I have been suffering with a cough since February. Many medications have been thrown at, including a series of inhalers. The latest one is Trelegy. I dropped off my prescription on 9/4/18. When I called to check on the status on 9/5/18, I was told that they had to get in touch with my doctor's office but they were closed that day. On 9/6/18, I sent someone to pick up the Trelegy on my behalf and the person on duty told them that the prescription would be ready by Friday afternoon. I was completing some last minute things for my vacation so I didn't get around to stopping by until early this morning 9/9/18. I was told that the Trelegy wouldn't be in until Monday. By this time, I am exasperated since on my trial inhaler I am down to my final doses. I ask them what time on Monday and was told sometime after 11, which was too late for me because I have to be at the airport by 10:30. Although they finally found a pharmacy in Hopewell to fill the prescription, the way this whole situation was handled is unacceptable. The moment they knew the prescription wasn't in on Friday, they should have called me, so I could have made arrangements with my doctor to give me another trial inhaler to tie me over until I returned from my trip, but I got no notification from anyone! Needless to say, this will be the very last time I'm letting Shop Rite handle my prescription needs. As soon as I return on my vacation, switching everything over will be my first order of business.
