Very bad customer service I was trying to cash a check and the lady stare at the check for about 15min and then said they won’t be able to can’t cash it. When I asked why she called the manager and the manager said they won’t be able to cash it. This is not the first time looks like they scare to cash a damn check. They need more training and not only be open for deposits or withdrawals. I close my account after .

Great customer service, everyone remembers your name.Very engaging tellers, knowledgeable, helpful, and always friendly even when it's a busy lunch rush or there's a million people in line and it's about to close.If you're getting large sums of money or cash for the holidays, make sure to call in advance so they have enough cash on hand in the denominations you want. One of the few banks left with in-person tellers and cash. Many banks are switching to ATMs and one personal banker or tellers behind a screen in a building.I am so thankful for the employees at Santander and their professional, polite demeanor.

Awful customer service. Terrible . We water almost a half hour and no one came in to help us. We eventually walked out.

Physical brick and mortar has a reason to live and thrive! After 3 phone calls to corporate they told me to write a letter. I walk in to this branch, get directed to April, and my problem is solved within 5 minutes! Online is the future but physical branches keep the members for life.

I just opened a new attorney trust account at this Santander branch in Ewing, NJ. I did not have an appointment, but was still able to sit down with their Vice President and Branch Manager, John Webb, with ten minutes of walking in. I consider that a win.It seems that these administrative tasks are becoming more complicated and time consuming. We were together at his Covid screened desk for more than 30 minutes as he worked through all the computer screens required for starting the account. Federal regulations are concerned with the legitimacy of the business and the source of funds. So, it wasn't Me. Webb's fault that so much information was demanded. Too, we were fortunate that I already had other accounts with the bank, and he was able to go into his data base for background data, like my federal ID number. Of course, I trust their cyber security is strong and regularly updated to protect my important data from ha king eyes. The account is up and running today and ready for use. I updated my IOLTA registration with the state supreme court as required, and am good to go. Whatever issues there were with the old account seem not to have been transferred to the new one. That's a relief. I appreciate they way John Webb took care of my business.

Way better than TD. TD was charging me for just maintaining account. This banks waives it just by USING my card. So simple and easy.

What is this "Satisfaction " fee to close the Home Equity Account that I have't used in 30 years. Charging me $53 saying that it is required by the state. What a bunch of BS. Being SCAMED.

The ATM is functional about 20% of the time. You're better off going to CVS and using their ATM after banking hours.

Great customer service! Always friendly and helpful there, and they work pretty efficiently, so you can get in and out quickly.
