Never rent from this place!! They are extremely unprofessional I had to call corporate two times on this one associate named Angel he works at the Ewing store he cursed me out and yelled at me over the phone because he was sick and didn’t have the proper information for me. This guy initially told me he was an associate and to call back tomorrow to speak to a manager and hung up on me. So I called back upset and then he says he is the manager and none of my information was In the system! He had absolutely no clue what was going on just combative and a liar ready for a fight. The first time I called corporate they said this associate would be reprimanded and he is back with and even nastier attitude. He said to me very cocky oh so you was the one trying to get me fired and I said no you get yourself fired.

My AC broke and I needed a quick replacement didn’t wanna come out of pocket $500 so I check out rent a center online. I saw they had something in stock so I signed up. Long story short, Service was disappointing to say the least. I called for a refund that was supposed to go back to my card. After being told I can only get the refund on Fridays because that’s the only day they have cash, I was then informed that if I didn’t come in today I’ll forfeit the refund.I can ensure y’all I am not picking up that refund. There’s nothing worse than being around bad attitudes, and the women at this location are horrible. It’s truly sad but I can tell their attitudes reflect where they are in life. You can hear the “single mom” vibes through the phoneI pray y’all progress personally and professionally a $15 attitude is the reason you are and will remain stuck at the bottom.#keeptherefund

bedframe was not assembled properly called they came out to assemble it properly still not properly assembled it broke within less than 8 months supposed to be heavy duty top of the line bedframe. bought replacement furniture elsewhere

For a fee I reserved a gaming computer online. When I called the store I was told the computer was not available. I was actually outside and asked RON if there was any computers on display for me to look at. I was told yes. I went in the store and there was not 1 computer on display. Ron started to lookup computers and starting reading off computer model numbers to me. At that time I asked for the reservation fee to be refunded. RON stated (my refund) was the least of his concerns. I told him it was a concern of mine because RAC doesn't have what I need. (I was at the Ewing Store) and was told no RAC has a gaming desktop computer. I went to RAC on Friday 06/18/2021....here it is Tuesday 06/22/2021 and still no refund. I called yesterday and spoke with a rep who said I was refunded yet I was not. Now I have to call my bank and dispute the charge. In a sense my money was stolen and yes it's 6 dollars but it's my 6 dollars I don't have to give. If I had money like that I wouldn't be shopping at RAC now would I? Should have gone to Aarons.
