Not only was the work done in ideal time, but the price was drastically less (half the cost) than what a dealership had quoted me a year prior.I've always done all of my work myself on all of my cars but I no longer have a garage so I put my trust in Gagans, and they didn't disappoint.The shop is also clean for drop off and pick up, I appreciate that, it shows they have pride in their shop and their work.Gagans will be my go-to moving forward so long as I live in the area.”

Ken went over & above the call of duty looking for one for me and installed it at a very fair price. Previously, they did a B service for me again at a very reasonable price. The issues I should look at were explained to me in laymen's terms and he was clear to point out which s/b addressed now and which could wait. I just wish I had gone to this shop sooner.”

“Haldeman Lexus does a very good job at managing the intake, communication, and pick up of your car for servicing. All service people I encountered deserved 5 stars. I would have given the overall experience a 5 star review but I am a bit frustrated that it took 3 visits to finally determine why my check engine light kept coming on. Thankfully I was still under warranty but had already paid $450 to have a repair done that didn’t fix the issue when I brought it in the second time. I want to add the easy use of a loaner vehicle makes the experience much easier.”
