“Service is generally prompt, professional and friendly, anyone complaining about wait times should try stopping in at non-peak times. It isn’t the reps issue if they have to call in for phone support to help you take care of something and it takes awhile, and that’s the most trouble we’ve ever experienced. “Awesome experience!I went to here to replace my lost SIM card. I called before to inqure about what is needed. Ron (the owner) knows exactly what to do and told me to get my PIN ready before I come. I went in yesterday to switch sim card customer service messed up my whole account and didn't want to correct it thanks for Alexis and quin they helped me get my bill back to where it was supposed to be. Customer service acted like they didn't do anything wrong and they did. I was there for two hours to fix my account and all that for a simple switch of a sim card . But like I said I absolutely love this place I've been a customer forever and will always be but customer service better get it together”

I have been going to this location for several years and have been lucky enough to have Brett help me each time. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and I highly recommend him. It is awesome to have this location near my residence. I’ve been to other Verizon stores and do not get the personal care I can get here.
