I found myself in a bad situation with my son's car. He was told that his car needed a very expensive repair. I am 90 miles away, and can't afford the 2000. + that was quoted. I called Martin's, and spoke with Rich. He not only provided me with a very fair price for what I was told the problem was, but also assured me, that he would check it out for himself before he ordered any parts. He provided me with a very reasonably priced tow to his shop, and had the car in his shop literally in less than an hour. He then quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. He kept me informed every step of the way. Not only was he able to make the repair for a fraction of the original quote, I honestly felt like he took the same care of us, as if we were family. I would give Martin's 10 stars if it were an option. THANK YOU MARTIN'S!

This place is a gem. After my local shop changed hands (and specialties) my father suggested I use Martin's -- where he's been taking his car for years -- and I couldn't be happier. They are knowledgeable, reasonably priced and accommodating. I've had some bad experiences with dealer service departments, so I was thrilled to find an honest and reputable shop. For everything from regular maintenance to repairs to panicky calls over a mysterious dash light (maybe that's just me) they've been excellent across the board. Highly recommended; you won't be sorry. Guess sometimes father does know best...thanks, Dad!

Dealer wants to charge me $800 to replace a "cluster" in my 2004 Vue. They tell me dashboard needs to be pulled apart, this will take all day. Martin's Automotive orders the bulb located in the cluster, fixes it in under 45 minutes and charges me under $50. I will never go to that dealer again.
