Went in to this Ewing store before Christmas and spent over $500 total. $125 on Ethika underwear, three of which I bought as gifts, that was in sealed packaging, and a size too small. I went back in the store to exchange them for a bigger size, packaging was still sealed, and the store manager told that their store policy is that they don’t exchange underwear. I asked to see where that was posted for consumers to see and he was not able to show me that policy. I asked for both the company corporate phone number and/or the general manager number and it was not given to me. The acting store manager stated that “I could look it up on google”. Very bad customer service experience and no policy notification of this particular policy posted for customer awareness. If there was a lower level rating I would have marked it.

I called to see if they had something in stock. I asked super nice " hi I was calling to see if you had something in stock" the lady on other end from snipes goes "what" with straight attitude behind it. then when I said what product I wanted she said hold on then hung up the phone.. do it recommend calling let alone going to this place.

This store has went completely from a top store to trash lack of customer service horrible management specially the store manager I been shopping here for years and never thought this store would be such a below average experience they wouldn’t be able to sell free money to the homeless on how this store is ran

Store is very over priced and though i made a purchase because i had no time to shop else where i was disappointed. There was not a large variety at all in 2XL styles nor was I assisted by anyone on the floor and saw 5 associates. Had a suggestion been made for other styles in my size or an associate taking the time out to be aware of my size i would have purchased more. No size in sight for customer means no sale, no assistance on the floor from associate means less items purchased. This means the store is not maximizing sales or making suggestive replacement for the customer to return.
