Greetings all,
Even though we did not purchase the car we looked/test drove @ J & S ( at least not yet ) I felt I had to write a review on our wonderful experience we had at there dealership. We visited there lot twice in the month of August. Once to look, and once to test drive. We were in conversations both times with Ben M. I can’t say enough great things about this sales representative. Super friendly, and know high pressure sales tactics whatsoever. Very knowledgeable about all the brands we were interested in. My wife is very particular when it comes to a new/used vehicle for her, meaning every single star must align! I would not hesitate to do business with J & S again, and would highly recommend you check out there amazing inventory next time your in the market for a new, or used vehicle. We spoke briefly with Levent the sales manager who was also very pleasant to talk to. You never get a second chance to make a 1st impression, and these 2 gentlemen made a great 1st impression on my wife, and I. Keep up the great work guys, and thanks for all your help, and hospitality !

It's always a wonderful experience coming to J&S. This is the only place where I will come to get a car. The staff is kind and patient - knowledgeable and honest. They let my young daughter ride in a Tesla Cyber Truck while I finished the buying process on another car - simply to make her happy. Her and the staff member both came back with huge smiles on their faces! These are the kinds of things that set them apart from other dealerships. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. I can't even imagine going to anyone else.

First off, the inventory at this dealership is insane! I died and went to heaven walking in there. I bought a Land Rover Range Rover from them and that was the lowest price I’ve seen yet for the year and mileage. Filip was very friendly, prompt to respond, and helpful as was Basir who handled all the paperwork, which was a seamless transaction. Having bought 26 cars throughout my driving tenure, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend.

Drove 2 hours to look at 3 cars and possibly purchase 2 of them. GLC63 , E63, CLS63.
I wouldn’t have driven 2 hours and waste my time if I wasn’t looking to get something done.
I understand a business has a certain closing time. However, I showed up at 5:25 PM at least leave me with a good impression instead of wanting to get rid of me. I can always come back, but I will never come back to a place that can’t even do that.
How’s your first impression of clients starts with “OMG” & “What are these guys doing here?”

Said the car was here & I drove 2hrs only to find out its in service.
Felt unprofessional vibes & then they kicked us out at 6pm talking bout “ what were you doing all day”.
PS. we showed up at 5:25 pm
That’s 35 mins to approach’s customer and leave a good impression, maybe I would’ve came back on Monday.
Someone teach them sales & service 101 please. Clearly George Saliba is not doing a good job.

Tried to buy a car from them online. Agreed to pay full price plus fees. Offered to give deposit. Gave up trying to get them to respond. I don’t see how they sell anything. A total joke!

I recently had the opportunity to buy myself and my son’s Dream car at J&S Autohaus. Filip kindly and politely helped me navigate the sea of other options that were out there. I ended up being very happy with my choice and the fair price that they gave me.
Filip earned my trust with his gentle,, confident nature and uncommon maturity for a young man. This likely a mix of human nature and his experience as a Marine. He still serves in the reserves. He earned my business either way, but I like when I have an opportunity to support those who serve our country. Call or go see him if you’re looking for your dream car!
