“We stayed at the hotel for one night 2 days ago. The room is very spacious. The bathroom door and the room door opened and closed very poorly. Above us there was probably a family with small children who unfortunately made a lot of noise until 10 p.m. But the breakfast was great. Maria prepared us a great French toast with fresh fruit and there was a fresh yogurt bar with blueberries and strawberries. Our best breakfast on our trip to the USA.
The road has probably been rebuilt now. We had no problems getting there. The terrace is also very nice. There was free water and coffee and tea all day.”

“It's a very nice hotel, just off I95.The staff were helpful, rooms nice. I didn't eat there, breakfast is offered at the lobby bistro, the area was very clean and nice. It was a quick 2 night visit over Thanksgiving. I didn't explore/use the amenities.”

“I have stayed here several times for work and I can say without pause that it is a well-run hotel. I always arrive to find friendly staff, clean rooms and a nice, open bar/bistro in the lobby. I also appreciate the level 2 chargers available to hotel guests with EV's. To all the staff, keep up the great work, you represent Marriot/Courtyard very well.”

“Larger than a typical hotel room. Had conveniences you're not always sure if you're going to get (i.e., fridge, coffee maker: keurig, plenty of lighting, extra bedding materials, large couch & chair, decent sized desk, large dresser & roomy closet with slider-sized mirror, plenty of space around the bathroom sink & good-sized bathroom mirror, hairdryer, iron & board, shower with tub, and luggage holder) and an exit from the room to the outdoors (in place of enclosed patio) but more awesome because it's an entry door that you can use your room key to unlock.

Probably the best thing about this hotel was the included breakfast buffet in the morning - wow. Delicious! The second best thing? The Red Berry Creme Brulee Cake from the C-Bar (restaurant/bar inside the hotel). I could eat 10 of those. Honestly.

Wish I brought my bathing suit so I could've tried out their indoor saltwater pool!

If you want to know about tiny (minor nitpicking) details that weren't perfect? Pen in room looked sticky, tub didn't have grippy texture (almost fell when I got out for a second and tried to get back in), couple stains in carpet outside my room, and front desk person didn't know if c-bar restaurant (inside hotel) had dessert on the menu when I called them from my room to ask. The person said I would have to go there to find out - it's right next to the reception desk (vs. 4 to 5 hallway walk for me). On the brighter side (for my belly and wallet), I didn't know about the Red Berry Creme Brulee Cake the first night cause I would've probably had 15 of them by now.

The not-so-great parts:

- Pen in room looked sticky
- Tub didn't have grippy texture (almost fell when I got out for a second and tried to get back in)
- There are a couple stains in carpet outside my room
- Front desk person didn't know if c-bar restaurant (inside hotel) had dessert on the menu when I called them from my room to ask. The person said I would have to go there to find out - it's right next to the reception desk (vs. 4 to 5 hallway walk for me). Safety: As the kind of person who is pretty vigilant about safety, I definitely felt more relaxed here compared to many other hotels I've visited. It's a couple miles out of the way (like 3 or 4 miles from shopping areas), in a largely grassy, campus-like area, and not on directly off a main road.

Food & drinks: Probably the best thing about this hotel was the included breakfast buffet in the morning - wow. Delicious! The second best thing? The Red Berry Creme Brulee Cake from the C-Bar (restaurant/bar inside the hotel). If you love Creme Brulee and the texture of Tiramisu, you will love this cake! Came with fresh strawberry slices, too!

Noteworthy details: The food alone makes this place worth it. I will probably be dreaming about the Red Berry Creme Brulee Cake for a few weeks.”

“Highly recommend this place which has the largest painting ever made by Norman Rockwell and that too behind a bar. It is an amazing painting and worth the price of a visit by itself. The gentleman who oversees this place was kind enough to give us postcards of the painting and I thank him for this gesture.”

“I stayed at this hotel for one night last week. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of cupboard and drawer space to store things for a night's stay and lots of tabletop space for computers and other electronics. Bedding was comfortable and clean. The breakfast area was relatively empty that day and so plenty of space. All items in the breakfast were refilled sufficiently. The staff at the breakfast area and the front desk were quite friendly and attentive.I am particularly sensitive to how easy it is to use the sink and shower in the bathroom. I have found many hotels, even higher priced ones, have a design where I keep hitting the sink while washing my hands and have to repeat wasting critical time in the morning when I am trying to get to work. The design of the sink and the faucet was excellent - simple but very well made to wash your hands quickly and feel clean. Other hotels should take note of this aspect. Nothing very aesthetic but this is the easiest to use I have seen in many years of staying at hotels.I have stayed in many brands comparable to Hampton Inn and I generally find Hampton Inn to be the most consistent in quality amongst them. That said, I had lower expectations from this hotel as it was in a somewhat sleepy town but this is one of the better Hampton Inn properties I have stayed in. I don't look for luxury, just something clean, functional and efficient.”

“I had the pleasure of meeting Sheril. She has the most professional DECORUM! When I walked in she was multitasking with proficiency and ease. Her demeanor is what all front desk/customer service should aspire to be. When you are traveling you should not have added stress and she knows how to remedy the situation. I would like to gives her accolade with the highest rating! Sheril also booked my room with expertise and nice personality. I will recommend this hotel to friends. The room was very accommodating as well. Thanks Sheril. VP”

“The hotel part was built in 1763. The restaurant, Roccos, is newer. The bar elegant. Food isn't cheap but not overpriced. I had honey glazed salmon with creamed leeks. My wife had a lobster roll. The wine list is solid. I've read some negative reviews, we found no mold, the bathrooms were updated with plenty of hot water. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Yes, in the hall part of the wallpaper was a little messed up, but nothing egregious. It is worth the price. The location is great in the town of Newtown. Easy walk to other restaurants, stores, and a small intimate cigar lounge. Washington's Crossing is close as are several wineries.”

“My stay here, along with my family, was one of the best. Housekeeping was top tier(the lady was super kind and quick with her work), and additionally, the employees here were also very kind and helpful. The rooms were for sure better than any of the other motels/hotels we’ve been to. Not bad at all. I would definitely recommend this place as a future stay for anybody. I would also like to personally shout out one of the employees by the name of Sambul(I hope I’m spelling it correctly). She’s very sweet, helpful, and just a joy to be around.- Thomas”
