Extremely disappointed as I have been waiting for half the day, from 10 AM until 2 PM for someone to come out and measure 3 storm doors for my home. Of course they have not shown up and they never called to say they weren't coming. I called all of the customer service numbers. I even had a representative call the store for me and the manager said I have to come back to the store in order to cancel that order and be refunded.. No one could get me in touch with the service that comes out to measure and all they want me to do is waste my time further by going back to the store for a $40 refund! Unacceptable.

My wife and I ordered a delivery a few days ago. Only half the order was delivered and so we had to make a trip to pick up the rest. The man who was running the pick-up order was NOT wearing a mask and was insisting that people roll down their windows so he could lean towards the car and into their faces to talk to them. This is VERY DANGEROUS behavior and is putting people at risk. With the delivery error and this experience I will be AVOIDING Home Depot in future.

I was treated terribly by Geneva.. Treated like I was trash. Bob also treated me horrible for asking for help over a item on the shelf that was readily available and on display. An item which I’ve purchased numerous of times in the same format but today Geneva felt the need to embarrass me in a customer filled line. Demanded that I return the item back and bring the larger and heavy item in the double pack for twice the amount before she would let me purchase it. I ask for a supervisor to help clear up the situation but their assistant supervisor on shift (bob) was totally cold and unreceptive to my issue. Previous people have always helped me with the purchase and just split the cost of the case as you can see by my receipt attached. It is my local store but I might have to take a longer ride for better service.

there were 3 employees in lumber 2 of which it wasn't there department. the actual guy who works that department said "don't you see I'm doing something". very rude and unprofessional.

The best way to describe what's going on in this store is mass confusion. The issue has to start with Managment considering they don't have the right staff in place to assist customers and they have not been properly training employees. This store contains many knowledgeable employees but far to often you have long lines with lost employees and that's due to poor management and lack of training.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I went there today to pick up some plywood which I needed cut in half. Waited 20 mins by the saw and finally saw an associate walk by who I asked if anyone was working the saw, he told me he would get the guy. 10 mins later the same associate walks by and I ask if he found someone. He proceeds to tell me "he was just here" ummm no he wasnt because I haven't left this spot. He walks away AGAIN to get the guy running the saw, comes back 10 mins la

This store is one of the worst ones I've been to so far. I come here almost every day. And there hasn't been a time where the store was in order. Minus one star for parking. There is absolutely no control over parking in this store. The pro area is always chaotic. Cars and tutu is park on fire lanes, on pedestrian areas. Especially during mornings it's hard to push your cart outside without having to do it on the road where drivers beep at you. But there is nowhere else to walk! There are cars everywhere, but he designated area. This a is not ok. Minus another star for lack of order inside. There is always a line in the return section. Other customers like to check out there because they think it's faster? It's the return line. Why can't this be addressed? Why can't those customers be sent to the right area? There are plenty of registers self and non self service. And there is only one return spot. Very inconvenient. As I wait in line to return a couple of prices I am writing this. Minus third star for pro services. I spend a significant amount of money in this store weekly. In the pro area they don't even ask you if you have an account. They automatically try to process you, and if you're not fast enough to tell them, they will have to rescan everything. Waste of time. The pro desk is always on the phone and there is always a line of 2-3 people waiting. It's impossible to ask a single question without spending a half an hour there. And speaking of misplaced items. There is never order in plumbing. It's a mess.

The workers are not very useful... went there yesterday and asked 10 different people about 1 thing and I was sent here there everywhere !!! Won't be going back to that 1 I'll stick to the one on 130

Home Depot is everywhere, and it is always my go to for a lot of things. This store is the closest to my house and I go there once a month at least. The reason for my 3 stars is that, every time you ask a question to an employee that is near by, it's never the right person to ask, even when they are right by the item you ask about. Also, I notice that a lot of things tend to be displaced, and not where they belong. I was purchasing shelves, and it took me 15 minutes to find 6 of the same size, only because they were all piled up in the wrong place. Hire people with a bit more knowledge and common sense. Teach them to know the store by heart, so when you ask for direction they don't have to rely on someone else.

I am a fix - it kind of person and rarely need help at these types of stores. The only reason this store is not a 5 star -- it is hard to find help when you need it. So it can be frustrating for non-fix-it people. Love the 1st Saturday of the month Kids build it workshops. We all love them and attend most unless sports get in the way. -- Great job giving back to the community.
