Their ways of working is very poor, especially returns. Please be careful. We dont recommend this to anyone.

Please be extra cautious about returning items with them. Had a very bad and frustrating experience with them. Have emailed them what items are going to be returned and even they acknowledged it. Later they wrote wrong quantity of items returned. They didn't provided confirmation of the return and processed less refund. Also customer copy of returned and payment information was not provided. If I haven't checked this, we wouldn't know any of this. Be careful with their paperwork and documentation. They provide false information. Wont recommend them to anyone. I can provide more information of the personal whom I was interacting and what bad experience I faced with them. If anyone is interested to know. Please DM me.

Heath Lumber is a neighborhood jewel. The quality of the lumber and other products is excellent. The customer service is exceptional. The folks at the front desk are knowledgeable and helpful. Once you shop at Heath you’ll never go back to the big box chain stores. There’s no comparison.

Went to buy lumber from these guys today for the first time. Incredibly easy, organized, and friendly. And the wood was significantly cheaper than home depot. Everyone friendly, helped load up the truck, helped find all the hardware. We'll definitely be back for our next project.

Great service and products. He's is the big thing.. got my lumber there for a job.. needed more lumber and they were closed and went to home Depot.. what a different.. the lumber from heath was just so much better. Hd wood splitting.. warped .. shop local go to heath..
