Goodwill sold me an item not in the box. A friend bought a record it was broken. One star is a gift.

I chose this location to do community service, and everything went fine the first day. Today, however, I had to leave early. The manager Kevin was incredibly rude and dismissive. I wanted to do all of my volunteer work here, but with that type of treatment, especially from a manager is unacceptable. I really hope this reaches the right person and I will be speaking with the district manager.

They had some nice stuff and I gathered a pile of clothes to try on but then found out that the dressing rooms are closed and that you could only buy and then return the items within 3 days after trying them at home. I almost just left everything behind without buying anything but decided to try some shirts over my clothes anyway since I would never buy even second hand without trying it on anymore. But I doubt I will return if this is the policy as there are dressing rooms in other stores

Used to frequent this store often. They closed down the dressing rooms. Put no signs letting you know no more dressing rooms. I talked to worker who said manager wasn’t in store. Spent hour half looking through racks and filled cart to try clothes only to be told nope. Then when I got to desk they called manager. I asked if I buy all these things and they dont fit what do I do. He said can’t get money back and must come back with in 3 days for store credit or exchange and must use store credit within a month. I asked if I return all the huge pile of clothes can I have more than month to come back and he said no. When I asked store manager using my fingers as quotes asking if he was “store manager” because the lady said he wasn’t in store and I wanted to see if I was talking to manager and he got angry and said im rude for asking and walked away. I think he’s new manager with zero time for costumers and probably white man ego that can’t stand others stating something isn’t right. Store is no longer worth going to.Update: I did call regional goodwill. They were very polite and did share dressing rooms can’t be opened beyond anything this store has control over. Also I mentioned that forcing people to buy things they hope fit, dont, and if they don’t they can only be able to exchange within month is going to keep me from buying things from them. She said she’d discuss with regional. Hopefully they work out a compromise for us shoppers. As for manager at store not sure maybe he was just having a bad day that day and just couldn’t manage a customer complaint. I guess we all have bad days. Will update on exchange policy when I hear back

You couldn't fix this location if tried. Just a cluster with stuff thrown around and disorganized, dingey. Highly suggest any other goodwills over this one

Manager guy with curly hair here thinks he knows what he’s doing !!! ? they go on Google and search what it’s being listed for on eBay instead of searching for “what’s it’s been sold for” . So theyre selling trash for top dollar assuming everyone is a reseller now! I’m so done with these thrift stores you’re Better off going to a consignment shop. But given there’s still treasures you can tell they’re not looking up! But as for those poshmark and reseller people! Don’t bother sourcing at goodwills in the Mercer county area!

This store has great items. However, most clothing is ruined because the Goodwill price tags are not attached in seams and through garment labels where the holes they create will not be seen. Instead, tags are placed without care in sleeves, collars, and on the front side of shirts and blouses, where the tag holes are very obvious. On one shopping trip alone, I left behind 65 beautiful garments that I otherwise would have bought, except that the holes made by the price tags were completely noticeable. Many other Goodwill stores I’ve shopped at do it right. Bordentown is a great example. The tags are always discreetly attached. Why? Because it’s a professional operation and the manager cares! Why can’t the Ewing store get it right?!

Probably the worst Goodwill. Not very friendly staff, chaotic layout.

You'll find some very strange stuff here, but it is to be expected. A fun place to hunt around for cool bargains. As far as Goodwill's go, this one seemed well organized and clean.

This place constantly looks like a train wreck. Disorganized, and always such a mess. It’s a shame because it does t need to be this way if there was perhaps someone who managed it and gave some direction to employees. I would say just compare thisGoodwill to the one in hamilton for Bordentown clean and organized and professional. I will say on a positive note all the employees at all three are nice and friendly.

First time here. Donated 5 bags of nice clothes for kids and adults. I wish I hadn't. This place is disgusting. Stained clothes, empty hangers, clothes on floors. Ugly, old clothes. Employees standing around doing nothing . I will stick to the red white and blue. Those ladies work hard, always organizing and updating the racks. Take a lesson Goodwill. You should be embarrassed.
