I was there a few weeks ago and I had an issue with receiving store credit on gamestop pro card. I was told some incorrect info on the phone from the Gamestop customer service, my store credit can only be received on a Gamestop gift card, not the pro card. An employee by the name of Tristian assisted me with problem, he recently became the manager. He had to make a call to the store manager who guided him on correcting the problem. Turns out, the store credit was on the pro card, I as informed incorrectly. Tristian informed me he just became the manager not too long ago but I would've never known because he was on top of the issue. He also assisted me with a trade in. Big kudos to Tristian, helped my experience go smoothly.

The customer service here is awful. They have one person working the store most of the time and they are barely trained. The staff is horrible.
Additionally the store went from being very robust and full of games to half a store of toys and games just from current systems on the other half. Very bare bones. The selection can be pretty abysmal.
The store went from the neighborhood GameStop you loved to shop at to one that I never want to go back to again. My recommendation? Go to the GameStop at the mall or one of the several others nearby. Avoid this store.

I ordered online and never received my package they make you go through so much just to get your money returned I will never order online again I might not ever go to game stop again on principle.

honestly I feel like the employees need to lighten up a bit, I get that the place is pretty boring most of the day, but please don't take it out on me. And to say its a early release but the only time is 12 midnight like come on that just the next day. I feel like the policy should be changed since the store isn't popin like that, and just give me the game on the 19th and not the 19th at 12 midnight lolz cause that just mean technically its the next day.

Hours are wrong because employees show up whenever they want and leave early too. Will never answer the phone and if you are lucky enough to even make it inside the employees are rude or so high they can't even help you

Its states that it opens at 11am and they didnt arrive til almost 1130 am & didnt open the doors hasnt opened yet and its almost 12pm
