Please just stay away from this place . Terrible experience! Don’t waste your money ! Their costumer service is terrible, full of lies and cheating ! We bought almost 5k items but still did not receive some of our items! Such a waste of money and time !!! It is Ewing location btw !

WARNING..WARNING..WARNINGPlease stay far away from Furniture Mecca..These Guys are terrible.My fiancé and I purchased a whole living room set for almost $4000 dollars… within 2 months of purchasing the furniture the couches started to fall apart… It’s an entertainment couch so it comes with LED lights, charger ports, and speakers..Sadly, it’s a yr and half later and all the luxuries have stop working..We have reached out to the store, warehouse, and cooperate, by phone and email since the first claim up until now and nothing has worked.. The customer service is terrible..Unfortunately, We’re left with this furniture and I’m here to stop others from getting robbed for their money! This is my first time ever leaving a bad review because I give people the benefit of doubt but this was a serious problem. If Mecca Furniture ever was to help me and fixed our issues, I will gladly mention it also..especially if they right their wrongs!!! Until then Proceed with CAUTION!

THIS PLACE SAVED MY LIFE! I went shopping for some furniture here because some friends recommended it. Had a snack baggie of Cheerios while I was looking around. Before I knew it I was choking on my Cheerios because of how cheap the prices were. Luckily an employee noticed and gave me the Heimlich maneuver! Thank god for Nebris, a true life saver!

Nebrask was very polite and very helpful came in on the morning with a Friend then the afternoon with my Husband he even made 3 extra Sales 2 Rugs and a Vase Set. And he always greeted me both times with a smile May I help you yes you did.

Good people in there. Fair prices and they work with you. I mis-measured my second landing of my house so ultimately the furniture wouldnt fit through. They let me reselect without charge. The movers we polite. Just good people

I didnt ask for a name, but went in about 1:30 and worker with a beard was friendly, greeted us when we walked in and introduced us to the couches that was affordable into our price range. Found our desired couch cant wait to recieve it!

Customer service at the ewing location needs emergency assistance. The attitude is terrible IF you can reach someone on the phone. Delivery was 100 bucks, rescheduled first delivery. Shows up today saying set up is not included. They want more money. You would think after spending 2K they could at least offer free delivery OR free setup. Never bought furniture from anywhere that wasn’t built upon arrival. You try to support small local business and this is what happens. Better to go with the big guys, never again.

Please don’t waste your money buying furniture here! I purchased a sofa and love seat for almost $1,000 and when I put it together I noticed it was defective. I immediately called the store it was told to email pictures to corporate which I did they followed up and agreed that it was defective and said they will send a new set out the following week. So when they finally arrived they didn’t have any furniture with them they claimed that the only furniture set just like the one that I purchased was a floor set. So it’s now February and I purchased this furniture in November and I’m still sitting on defective furniture. I called the store almost every week and get the runaround and then when I try and call corporate they do not answer. After about two months of trying they finally came out to my house I figured they would have the new furniture but they only come to inspect the furniture& this is after corporate already told me that the furniture was defective, now two months later they’re coming out to my house to check the furniture after I have sent tons of pictures and emails. The guy who answers the phone has the nerve to tell me that it’s the bosses decision about returns and exchanges. I’m not asking for my money back I’m simply asking for furniture that looks like what I paid and also not defective with a giant dent in the cushion.

I’ve ordered from this store and the customer service is good. The delivery guys, Dom and David were pleasant and helpful. They also removed the boxes which was surprising because most deliverers doesn’t.

I’m very upset and disappointed with this store, I spent over 2000 on furniture, the delivery was delay more than 3 days, and the couch’s have a bad quality, losses strings, missing pieces, I tried to contact customer service to get a solution and never got an answer, my recommendation stay away from this place, don’t throw away your money.
