I recently had my car serviced at Ficarro's Auto Body, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My car looks absolutely beautiful now—detailed to perfection. The quality of their work is top-notch, and their attention to detail is impressive. On top of that, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. After using Ficarro’s Collision (aka Steve Ficaro) for many years, I decided to come back for a minor scratch to my vehicle. It should be noted, the staff at Ficarro’s Collision are extremely knowledgeable, and are able to execute any customer service needs. For the assessment of my vehicle, I worked with Marcos Diaz. Mr. Diaz was extremely kind, courteous and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to my vehicle. The day of service, Mr. Diaz stayed beyond business hours to ensure my vehicle was done and delivered back in excellent condition. If you happen to need a collision center for your auto care needs, stop by Ficaro Collision and ask for Mr. Marcos Diaz.

They did an excellent job fixing my front bumper and hood after a rough accident the other day. The whole process was smooth, fairly timely, and they even worked hand in hand with the insurance company to make sure the car wasn't held up at the shop. Would definitely use them again!

Highly recommend Ficarro’s auto body shop! Very helpful and professional. Did great work repairing my bumper and working efficiently to get it done in a timely fashion. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I love Ficarro's! [Can one say that about an auto body shop??] We have bringing our cars here for years and would not think of using any other shop. When our insurance stopped using them, we stayed with them; when we moved further away, we still stayed with them. Every one who works here is highly professional, the customer service is unparalleled, they are unfailingly honest and trustworthy, and every time I pick up my car, it looks brand new again. How many businesses really deserve a perfect 5-star review? Ficarro's truly does!

My wife was rear ended by a box truck on I-95 early July 2023.I was looking for a local body shop to repair the car..Ficarros came to mind sine I had taken 2 vehicles for repair there previously and was pleased with their serviceWe went over to the business with the paperwork from the other party's Insurance appraiser, we were greeted by a professional young lady who immediately got the Assessor out to examine the car.The office was spotlessly clean.He proceeded to order all the needed repair parts, as soon as they were in they called us and we brought the car in for repair. We got a projected completion date, and daily updates on the progress.Some additional minor damage was discovered and that was repaired alsoIt was a short wait time for completion..when we went to pick the car up we were more than pleasantly surprised..It look like it just came off the Honda showroom.Car had been completely detailed, the paint matched perfectly.. totally professional job..Life time guarantee.. we ere given a complete synopsis of labor !and parts used in the repair.Couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience.HIGHLY recommended !
