I rent pretty often and almost always use Enterprise Rentals. I have never had a bad experience. Used this place quite a few times although lately, I have used the location in Jackson, NJ more often. Usually, this place is very efficient, and the people are interacted with were always polite. The lady, I think her name is Ky who is almost always there has been nothing but pleasant. Always professional, and courteous. Unfortunately this time I ran into the worst kind of person to deal with. He was rude, condescending, and a chauvinist. I am 100% sure that if I were a man he would have never treated me this way. Probably an extremely insecure man. This situation was so ridiculous, as I had free days and was using one of them for this rental. The cost of my rental was just $5.00. I didn't want to put that charge on my corporate American Express card but on my Chime Visa credit card. This is where it all started. All he had to do was explain to me that this location doesn't accept chime and if I could pay using my other card. He however didn't do that. He had to belittle me and tell me how Chime is just a reloadable card stating that he is the manager here and he does not accept Chime. No apology. Just trying to sound like he is making all the decisions for the rental company. He was extremely demeaning. Unbelievably so. I did check on this and each location can indeed make some of these decisions. Obviously, they had a bad experience with a customer using Chime. I used Chime recently at another location without any issues, so I was confused. All he had to do was act just a tiny bit professional. Instead, he was rude, unprofessional, demeaning, and discriminating. Everyone else at this airport, especially the security personnel was exceptionally polite, helpful, and accommodating. Had to park my car in the overflow parking lot and the shuttle bus driver couldn't have been more pleasant. Overall this place has always been great, except this time with this MANAGER guy. Why is someone like this in that position? I am also wondering why the lady who works there hasn't been promoted to that position. It doesn't make sense. Is it because she is a black woman? There is no way that this manager should hold this position. If he didn't have to interact with the public, then maybe. He should be behind the desk on the computer somewhere. Nothing worse than an insecure male. Something needs to be done about this. Are there other discrimination problems with Enterprise?I ended up leaving and driving my own car. Luckily made it in time to my event in Baltimore.This happened on Friday, November 9th, 2023 around 4:00 pm.

I had some difficulty with my reservation when dealing with Enterprise support. However, the Enterprise rep Bryan at the airport was awesome. He made my rental easy and repaired some of the bad feelings I had from dealing with the corporate side.

Daryl went above and beyond to help me get a car at a reasonable rate on a last minute notice. Kyara was kind, helpful and informative while I waited for the car to be pulled up to the airport entrance. Excellent service! A great experience!

Here's the thing my regular rental car service in my area closes early on Saturday, i had a last minute emergency and needed a vehicle. I went to Enterprise at the airport not expecting much due to the reviews about this location. I met an amazing young man named Daryl who was working at the desk when I arrived. He not only helped me he went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was to my liking, and it was, I am very satisfied with the service Daryl made my day his energy and personality was above reproach. I am grateful and I appreciate you Daryl yes you are some kind of wonderful. Keep smiling and shining. Namaste

One of the best Enterprise locations I have delt with. Flying is stressful esp when you're delayed but these guys make renting a car super easy and were very helpful and courteous, they even waited for me after hrs to arrive.

Update- They did the right thing and corrected the error. No stars given due to the aggravation it caused for months.Worst car rental experience i've ever had. There was damage to the front bumper of my vehicle i rented prior to me driving the rental and the manager called me and assured me this is NOT my responsibility and she will fix this. here we are a month later, the invoice/liability was never updated and i am being harassed by the claims department. you are all FRAUDS. also, your 800 number customer service is the absolute WORST. GET IT TOGETHER.

I rented a vehicle from This location for 2 days back in July 2021 and physically returned the vehicle but not the keys. I immediately called the location and a female employee advised me to simply overnight the keys and i would not be charged if they arrived within 48 hours. The keys were promptly mailed via USPS and confirmed delivered, however no employee checked this locations mailbox for nearly 2 weeks to confirm receipt of the vehicle’s keys and i was then charged nearly $1600 in total. This is outrageous and shows extreme incompetence amongst this location’s staff. Numerous emails have been sent and we have been advised that after many efforts there is nothing that can be done if someone from the location does not contact her. A single mother having a large amount of money taken after following explicit directions given to her by your staff, Is just not acceptable. Finally spoke to Ron the Manager at this location nearly 2 weeks ago & he stated Car keys should not have cost 1600 that he was going to get back to. & still no Call back or resolution . Smh

I had to wait for a total of over 1 hour with nobody behind the front desk. I called customer service and they also called and no one answered.. finally I got someone who picked up the phone and when I got there they told me they do not accept secured credit cards at that location.Total waste of time.I have used my Self card to rent cars at different Enterprise locations. There should be a disclosure that the company does not accept secured credit cards at Trenton Mercer Airport.

I live and Georgia and travel a lot for business and leisure this location is small but very convenient and also nice people especially the manager Marissa. I recommend this location over Philadelphia in which philly they are so much more of an hassle

No one at the desk. Had to call a phone number only to be told they didn't have any cars available even though we passed the lot and saw at least 5 cars in spots reserved for enterprise vehicles
