I like to stop at this location to pick up odds and ends because it's close to my job. There is this one cashier. Her name starts with "CR" and she is arrogant does not like her job, and should not be employed in a customer-related role. I felt like I was an imposition when I had her ring me up. She's awful.

Very bad energy from the workers tonight . Even the manager . The cashier wasn’t at the register for a while . Didn’t greet anyone didn’t apologize for the delay didn’t say anything to any of us didn’t make eye contact . Didnt hand me my receipt placed it on my items and walked off. 2/23/24 around 7:15 pm .

Very friendly staff, big store but often behind in putting out inventory and I feel that they aren’t stocked with the different kinds of inventory and in greater quantities as ones in other areas of Mercer county.

The Customer service here is horrible. I just left and I am not happy with the clear feeling of annoyance and unwillingness to help me from the staff .I came here to buy all of the Halloween decorations for my Restaurant like I do yearly and I was told I can’t get a big box to accommodate me. I took matters into my own hand and found a box big enough to fit majority of the items I was purchasing that had halfway full boxes of napkins. Furthermore,I kindly moved them to another box which had ample space in it and I took the large box to accommodate myself since the staff was so unwilling to help me. After I found a big enough box to accommodate the large purchases, the cashier then calls the manager to basically scold me for Taking a freaking box by myself, and explained to me that they use the large boxes for inventory, etc. and proceeded to tell me that if I needed boxes I could use the ones they have upfront.The boxes upfront were super small and cannot fit a lot of items maybe 5 to 10 I had about 150+ items. I understand that you guys had boxes set out for regular small purchases, but as a customer who is paying $200 worth of money for item… I feel like I should’ve been accommodated way better and not treated with attitude and like I’m asking for a lot when it could’ve been so simple. Furthermore ,after they watch me load all these items into 4-5 separate boxes because they will not give me another large one so I can fit all of my items in just two large boxes and be on my way, She proceeds to tell me I can’t take the cart outside meaning I have to load every single box from store to car store to car. I understand policy about the boxes but I feel like as a paying customer who is paying $200 worth of stuff. I should’ve been accommodated with no problem it’s just a BOX at the end of the day, but instead I was treated with annoyance and they just gave me a hard time when just needed a simple solution.

These guys are great the store is great always clean and usually well Stocked. They have good people working there they really care.

One stop place to buy Party Decorate, basic house hold etc kind of items @ $1.25 + Tax in and around. Quality of the items are good for the Price what we Pay, also depends on the Product

1st time going in here since it's a dollar store(previously RiteAid) clean,organized,well stocked.The usual only 1 cashier. It wasn't crowded I literally was in and out.So far it's a good place to go for simple and quick items you need.No complaints from me.??
