The manager just looked at me and my 2 year old and told me they don't have carts for me to use to shop. Meanwhile they are filled with overstock that no one has put away. SMH Family dollar is across the street. Don't even bother here. DOLLAR GENERAL PLEASE CONSIDER THIS LOCATION WHEN THE MASS CLOSING OCCURS!!!!!!!!

If you're looking for a place to kill time while waiting for your Pizza Hut order, then Dollar General is the perfect spot for you! Just stroll around the store and peruse their wide variety of items, from food to household essentials, and everything in between. But beware, the staff can be as friendly as Russian bears, and that's not always a good thing. Sometimes they'll greet you with a smile, and other times they'll look at you like you're interrupting their nap time. It's a gamble, really. But let's talk about the real reason we're all here - the bargains! The prices are so low that you'll feel like you're stealing from the store. You might even start to wonder if they're secretly paying you to shop there. All in all, Dollar General is not a bad place to kill some time and snag some deals. Just don't expect to make any new friends while you're there. Unless, of course, you're a fan of grumpy Russian bears.

I often shop here and find great things but the customer service is really lacking. People are on their phones while ringing you up not a hi or anything to the customer. It’s sad really. There was a really nice woman working here a month ago. I hope to see her back she was very nice and personable. More of that would be nice.

This location has a homeless man who has been sitting inside on the floor for weeks. I wish I was kidding. I’m all about helping those in need, especially when it’s cold outside, but there has to be a better way. He even refuses to take money (I’ve asked him)

Very horrible experience I have been shopping in this store for some months now and then out of nowhere the rude and ugly general manager wrongfully accused me of stealing and told me I was no longer aloud in the store. Which really is crazy because I have stolen anything from out of that store that. Not to mention I have always ignored how unprofessional and rude they are to other customers however since they weren’t to me I just tried to ignore it. Not to mention they have a very huge mouse problem.

The store on North Olden next to FD Subs… Always a mess! Store is dirty. Employees are rude. Creepy little manager with the balding head who will stare at you but won’t ask if you need help. Never anyone at the checkout. Worst Dollar General in area.
