That manager is disturbing.
The manager's behavior escalated the situation....over using the "void" button .. She clearly was having a year day and took it out on everyone.
That manager seemed upset and unhappy with her job, expressing a horrible experience. This stemmed from needing to void an item from my transaction. She began blaming the worker for not providing the correct total amount. I said, "Thank you." However, your manager responded with a skeptical "hmmmmmm," implying she might have been surprised or unappreciative of your gratitude. I was not disrespectful in any way.
It was a very uncomfortable situation, never going back.
Her behavior was unacceptable, and it's not okay to berate customers and staff like that.

Terrible customer service! The guy at the check out who claims to be the manager is a jerk and has no business dealing with customers. After telling an elderly women he wouldn't honor the price the item was marked in the shelf and told her it wasn't his problem the item was marked different then it rang up. What a great manager. Then when we tried to use self checkout he said we couldn't because we have 6 item and the max is 5. When we said we'd put one back he said too late he turned off the self checkout. Another great mamagerly move. He's bitter and he takes it out on the customers. If this is how the manager treats customers is no wonder the store looks like no one bothers to organize it. Bad management flows downhill. For the sake of the customers in the area that depend on this stores values, he should be fired and never allowed to work with customers

This was my favorite location until the recent staff change. They are rude and nasty if you ask a question and God forbid you stop there at 945 for one item..they will assume you are there to shop heavy and will rush you the whole time....even as you are on your way to check out.... they play explicit music on speaker even if there are children in the store.....it also has a recurring sewage issue with makes the store smell like a health hazzard and the ceiling has been broken and leaking since 2020....smh..the only thing I like is the self checkout because you don't have to deal with the rude workers. I'm done with this location.....it has fallen apart....
