rudest and most incompetent pharmacy staff ive ever seen. takes forever to fill a medication. god forbid there is an issue with the insurance because they will not call you and let you know so that some other solution can be found.

Literally never go here please. They’ll ignore your calls all day, get meds ready that you didn’t ask for and argue the point, and close the drive thru anytime they feel like it even if they’re not supposed to and then they’ll lie and say they don’t have staff and you go inside to employees just standing stupidly. Gross.

During my recent visit to the pharmacy, I presented a discount card due to a temporary lapse in coverage for my son's medication. While inquiring about applying a prescription savings card for the prescribed medication, I was informed it wasn't an exact match and wouldn't reflect accurate pricing. Unfortunately, the pharmacist did not offer any further assistance in verifying or correcting the medication name or suggest alternative options for lowering the cost. While the final price was near full price, what was most concerning was the lack of initiative and proactive effort to identify the best price options for my situation, which is what I would expect from a healthcare professional during a medication consultation. Subsequently, I independently found an alternate discount program on GoodRx which would have significantly reduced the cost. This experience fell short of the standard of care and client advocacy I believe should be expected in a pharmacy setting.

They let me in last minute to pick up water and I’m forever grateful! I usually interact with Tim but besides him… there was a woman who assisted me and how kind she was. She even went as far to get the neutrogena wipes for me. It’s acts of kindness like this that just make me believe in humanity again. Thank you

Hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life. I have never had a prescription go smoothly. They do everything in their power to make it a terrible experience. Please hire a completely new crew, this pharmacy was nice years ago.
