This will be the last time I fill my prescriptions here. I have 2 profiles and no one knows how to combined my 2 profiles. I can not view my prescriptions and this makes it difficult to refill. Very disappointing. Jonathan The manager was the one who finally combined my profiles and he was very helpful. This was after I had said something many times. The customer service needs to be taken to the next step and the pharmacist not knowing how to do something and not fully helping me is unacceptable. I am a former CVS store manager, so I am aware how things work in the pharmacy.

2nd attempt to get my COVID-19 vaccine. This time, cancelled without any notice. Spent 15 minutes online doing the same tedious survey for the umpteenth time. Wait a week, show up and get turned away after standing in line because there's nobody there to administer it. CVS, get your act together. You're playing with people's lives like you just don't care.

I had a very good experience at this CVS the gentleman at the checkout counter was very helpful nice it good to go into a store we you have a good experience And am for another town just stopped in there to pickup a few things

The cashier was very helpful and I'll come back and I'm telling other's to visit CVS . Plus the store is very clean and you can also get discounts and a CVS card.

Compared to the Safeway pharmacies on the west coast that always have a 5+ person line anytime of the day, this pharmacy is not a pain. Maybe my expectations for the worst are quite high but I typically grew used to expect a 40+ minute wait in line. I have only had that happen 1 out of 10 times at this pharmacy. They also typically have my prescriptions in stock and ready to go when they say it is done, unlike west coast Safeway pharmacies.

Our regular pharmacy called to say the medicine my daughter needed was out of stock. I called this CVS right before the pharmacy closed and the pharmacist I spoke to, Umair, told me to come over. As soon as I came in he came right up and asked for the prescription and managed to fill it as everyone was trying to close for the night. He really came through for me and my daughter. Fantastic customer service.

Is there a negative number available?! Post operation medication dropped off. Two hour Waite ... 5 hours later still not ready and they closed the drive thru so the only option is standing in the store.Snarky service suggests "why don't you come tomorrow" we are very busy.

I’m surprised the review for this location is so low. This is my favorite CVS (that’s closest to home) without having to go out of the way. In my opinion, this location’s a lot cleaner/put together then the other Ewing location/all Trenton CVS locations, by far. They also have self checkout which is very convenient & a go-to for me!

Very poor service. I was kept waiting at the photo counter and on protest, as I was not being severed, the lady on the counter "Jordan" asked me to calm down, ignoring the fact that I had come before other customers that was serving.

I don't know what is wrong with the pharmacists here but they are rude and act like you are bothering them for asking for your medication. They actually expect you to wait for life saving, time sensitive medication and get nasty when you won't. Sadly, the CVS on North Olden ave. is no different. CVS does not care about their customers because they do nothing about their nasty workers.

Recently I have had nothing but issues with this location no baskets or shopping carts to put items in I had to hold them in my hand. Also on one occasion I had to press bell for assistance four times and nobody came I had to go get an employee from the cash register. Also the staff in the pharmacy have attitude. And this cvs seems to be having issues with their system valid coupons don't seem to be coming off of transactions. The only glimmer of hope for this location is the new manager they put in place for this store Frank. Frank was so nice to me helped through my entire transaction he took off the coupon he saw were not coming off. And I even told him about my inconvenience on previous occasions at this location and he understood and communicated with me about how he plans to improve things going forward. He was really wonderful if any one does couponing I recommend doing your transaction when he is there (he will take care of you and make sure it goes smoothly) . If I could give him a rating five star for sure.

Do not get covid testing at this location. The useless pharmacist gave me a test kit and then he left the drive thru window without giving any sort of instructions. He never came back either. I did what I believed was correct only to be notified that my test was unable to be processed. I repeat the pharmacist here is useless and does not care about the patient or customer. That also explains the long wait that we all had to endure when I went for testing.

One of the worst pharmacy experiences. Essentially when I wanted to wait for my medication to be ready, got a lot of attitude and push back from the pharmacist for not being able to pick it up the next day. Explained that I need my medication today and basically purposely made it a point to let me know that I would have to wait some obscene amount of time for my medication to try to make me just leave without my medication. Not to mention that the pharmacist was not wearing a mask at all esp as omicron numbers surge and handling everyone’s prescriptions. What a horrible experience.

I have used this pharmacy throughout Covid and I have been very sick at times and Mark the pharmacist has been helpful and the staff. I have also had missing medicines which are regulated and even the non scheduled ones and the OTC ones are not regulated and they may have been a buying limit on some of them earlier this year but I am just getting to try some of the OTC ones now and they are not the same as any prescription brand no matter the maker or the brand and CVS has gone through many manufacturers of medicine.
