Horrible horrible experience, apparently the hotel was getting repairs done which was never mentioned in the booking process. The day of check in I asked if I can get a different room due to the noise the second day at 430 pm it was no water I called the front desk and this woman told me oh it will be a hour and hung up on me then I called customer service and was offered 5000 points as if that will make things better. The third day at 830am I go to turn the shower on and it’s ice cold I called the front desk once again and spoke to a manager and she refunded me one night as if that was satisfaction which it wasn’t. I explained to her if the customers are inconvenience why let people stay here? She rushed me off the phone. I will get in touch with this property manager today. The professionalism was horrible. On top of it all I killed a stank bug in my room and they have a nerve to charge me over 400 dollars for my stay. That place need to be shut down I will NEVER stay there again.Food & drinks: I have nothing good to say about this place

It's a very nice hotel, just off I95.The staff were helpful, rooms nice. I didn't eat there, breakfast is offered at the lobby bistro, the area was very clean and nice. It was a quick 2 night visit over Thanksgiving. I didn't explore/use the amenities.

No water in my room, unless you count a trickle. There for my son's wedding so a shower would have been nice. Key card failed every time we tried to use it. Room had stink bugs in it. Very overpriced. Food also overpriced and no lunch.Food & drinks: Overpriced

Fan in room didn't work, and front desk would not offer any help. I finally figured out how to open the window, which opened very little bit and cooled the room a bit.Some of VERY THIN towels and soap had been used by someone else.

Rooms were nice, service not so much. Lack of communication between employees. I ended up having to wake my mother (who had checked us in before I arrived) at 2am.

Just OK. Needs updating. Beds were extremely saggy and uncomfortable. no mirror in main room makes it hard for multiple people to get ready for event. Shower diverter in bathtub was stuck. No fan in bathroom.

The staff were amazing- friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean yet the building is showing it's age and needs a refresh with brighter colors and quality linens. Location was perfect for anyone in the Princeton area.

This place is struck off my list when in the area. Take chances at your own risk. The disproportionate review should be telling that it's hit or miss.

A very comfortable place to stay. Plenty of free parking on site. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioning was working perfectly in the room. There wasn't a good selection for breakfast, I actually went out for breakfast. The location was a good distance from Lambertville.

It’s 4:23 am and I never slept in this miserable hotel. The air conditioning unit in the room runs loudly and continuously. The room is so moist and the sheets are so hard it’s impossible to sleep.We have an early flight out of the Trenton airport which is why we selected the location. The website indicates they offer complementary transportation to the airport but we were told the shuttle driver doesn’t arrive to the hotel until 6:15 in the morning. Therefore, we will still need to Uber to the airport.No sleep in this high humidity moist room with hard scratchy sheets; no complementary transportation to the airport. We would’ve done better spending the night at the airport!!!

Not the nicest hotel. Serve danish and donuts for breakfast basically junk food for breakfast. Found hair in the tub so I cleaned it myself. There's a small gray chair in the room I stayed in. It looked very dirty, would not sit in it. Had to put garbage can outside of door for it to get picked up. The rooms have this super cheap mini fridge that barely gets cold. Can only fit a few bottles of drinks. Practically useless

This was a really nice hotel. We chose it to be close to TCNJ for our daughter's graduation. It delivered in location as we were able to use their charter service to get to the college. They take you anywhere you need as long as it's in a 5 miles radius. I can't say there'such of anything else in the location but the service was very good. My little ones enjoyed the pool. The gym was available 24 hours which was nice as well. It was pretty expensive however considering it wasn't a weekend and it's not in a prime location of any attractions. It also didn't have a continental breakfast which was disappointing considering the price for one night. The food however at the restaurant was pretty tasty nothing was bad except the parfait. I still have it 5 stars though bc it delivered what I needed for the moment.Rooms: The beds were quite comfy.
