Scheduled an oil change on line with no problems. Met Christopher at Ciocca Subaru and he confirmed my appointment and he went over with me what I wanted done. Gave me a follow up phone call to point out things I may want to do in the future. No pressure. Called me again when car was ready. As I checked out he went over the bill and listed future items we talked about. Christopher was terrific and it was a very good experience.

Dave and the technicians at Ciocca Subaru of Ewing provided excellent service for my Subaru. They conducted a complementary multi-points inspection and correctly identified any problems and repaired them timely, so the car can maintain optimal performance. Deve also gave me a substantial discount for the service. I am very satisfied and thankful to their service. I highly recommend Ciocca Subaru of Ewing.

The service guy was great, and service was quick and easy. My only complaint is the price (about $750 for scheduled maintenance plus new windshield wiper blades). I’d go back to this service guy again and again, but only if he worked someplace cheaper. The high annual cost of maintenance on my 4-year-old Ascent with 50,000 miles on it is making me regret buying a Subaru — they’re good cars, but I’d only recommend buying one if you have access to a trustworthy mechanic capable of servicing a Subaru who DOESN’T work for Subaru. The purchase price made me think this was a good middle-class car, but the cost of dealer-provided maintenance is killing me.

I continue to be blown away by Subaru’s treatment of its customers. The genuine care the Ciocca staff has shown me over the last 2 years is unmatched. I particularly want to give a shout-out to David Mandeville for the level of care and support he provided me during yesterday’s visit. Highly recommend this dealership 10/10.

Every member of the sales and finance team was helpful, kind, and expedient. They really made sure I was happy and went out of their way to accommodate me; now I have the car of my dreams at a price I can afford! Could not recommend this dealership more. They are professional, honest, and efficient.

David, did such a tremendous job with my last repair/tuneup experience at Ciocca Subaru. What originally was gonna be a huge tune up job, David did some investigation for another problem my car had, found that my warranty would cover a lot of the fees, reconsolidated the repairs to further save me more and provided me with a loaner car free of charge due to the long repair time. I was floored by his service and would like to highly commend his efforts and service that day! I would highly recommend anyone to look for any tuneup or servicing of their car at this dealership.

My experience in buying a 2023 Forester from Ciocca Subaru was absolutely wonderful. The sales folks Faisal and Herman and their manager were wonderful, treated my wife and me like a VIP. The showroom is clean, with waiting lounge with complimentary bottle water or coffee, and price of vehicle was slightly less than another Subaru dealer I comparison shopped. I went there without appointment to buy a bumper cover, and David the service manager was kind enough to accommodate me and install it. I LOVE ❤️ the service I got each time I went to this dealership and would without hesitation recommend it to friends and family.

Made arrangements for car service three weeks ago. All the lights on the instrument panel were on due to a defective coolant bypass valve. They were happy to cover it under my warranty. I took off for the day and made arrangements for transportation since it was not a job they would permit me to wait for. I arrived 45 minutes early to drop off the car and the part wasn't there. Yet know one called to let me know so therefore I waisted my time and my wife's coordinating transportation. The person I worked with at the service department was pleasant and helpful but that doesn't resolve my issue. Do not schedule an appointment with a customer who had already explained the issue to you, saving you the time and labor to diagnose the problem, and then not have the part weeks later. It's inconsiderate and a poor system.

Take my Subaru back to the dealership where I purchased it for service because it is always fast and easy. David the service guy takes care of the paperwork and gets you in and out quickly. Work performed has been perfect every time will stay with them as long as I have this car. They are excellent !!

Got my car serviced at Ciocca Subaru. They were able to address all of my concerns and then some! My car was ready the same day but I opted to pick it up the next morning. Very quick and easy. I also had an auto body question and they sent me the quote very quickly. Great service - customer and car. Thanks, Chris and team!

Excellent service. The entire experience was good, David and everyone, I had to be shuttled back home and the rep was relaxed, professional and customer friendly. He did not hurry me in and out of the car. He was patient and kind. I give all 5 stars for excellent customer service and quality work. Thanks to everyone that made my Auto service trip stress free. Thank you David for taking the extra time to address my concerns.

I dropped off my Forester for its first service. This was my first time at the Ciocca Service Dept. I was greeted by Chris who was friendly & professional. He went through the service items and asked if there were additional items. He kept me informed about the service throughout the day and delivered the vehicle as promised. There were no surprises at checkout- no added costs or fees. My experience was excellent due to Chris. Thank you Chris! I will be returning.

The Ciocca staff was unexpectedly short handed this morning, but they made no excuses and worked as a team to get me out asap. Althoiugh my appointment took a bit longer than normal, the lounge was comfortable and quiet, allowing me to work productively. Sooner than forecast, all work was done with typical attention to detail and professionalism. I applaud the service department for rallying under pressure!
