I was in need of getting the braking system checked on my 2015 Kia Sportage due to grinding and metal on metal sounds. I set everything up with Mrs Lauren and she is a awesome person, friendly, courteous and LISTENS. Mrs Lauren got me back home with the courtesy shuttle and called when my Sportage was done, so if you do not have a preferred mechanic for your Kia call Mrs Lauren at Ciocca Kia of Ewing, you'll be glad you did.

Everyone at this dealership was friendly, professional and well informed. It's abundantly clear the gentlemen at this establishment love what they do. Buying a vehicle is a complicated and expensive process. Yet I can happily say that the staff at Ciocca Kia made the experience as transparent and simple as possible. Jeff at Ciocca is wonderful!! Takes calls after hours, super responsive, friendly and makes the sales process so quick and easy. He was incredibly fair too! I can't say enough what a pleasure it was doing business with him. I'll be here for ALL my cars in the future. I highly recommend coming here to see Jeff. Do yourself a favor and come for a visit!

Bought a used legacy from Frank @ Kia.... Greatest sales man! It was a used car that when I took home called frank he got me in the next day. It had minor issues.... All of which we were handled. I've never made a purchase from a dealership but Frank is the man to see @ Ciooca....***EDIT never called for my expired temp tags...

This was my first time at a car dealership. I bought my new K5 outright. My salesman was very helpful and kind throughout the process...Until he realized he messed up. It's been a month since I've had the vehicle with no problems. However, my temporary tags were going to expire. I called my salesman and he said the woman who processes the plates has been "on vacation". So, do they not sell cars while she's "on vacation"? I said ok and called him the next day for an update. Once again, he said he hasn't heard anything but to stop by the showroom. I told him what time I would be there. I get to the showroom and the salesman is nowhere to be found. Another employee told me that he had the day off which he didn't inform me of. Then, when I told that employee that I just spoke to the salesman, the story changed to "he left for the day". So, my salesman probably left before he knew I was coming in because he realized he messed up and he knew he never made any effort to get my plates. I was eventually helped by someone completely different who told me that my salesman got ALL of my paperwork wrong and that the wrong address was on my file, that's why I never got updates on my plates. I noticed on my temporary registration the day of getting my car, the address was wrong AND misspelled. I told my salesman who assured me it wasn't a problem. Imagine if I got pulled over and got in trouble? My salesman also bribed me with a "free gift" if I gave him a good review on a survey I was emailed. He said I'd get the gift when I came to pick up my plates. My plates were at an entirely different dealership the entire time and no one said anything! Why were they just sitting at another dealership for God knows how long? How was I gonna get my permanent registration and title sent to me if he never updated my address to the correct one???This dealership has ruined my experience. They all cover up for each other. I've already contacted the manufacturer.

Great experience when purchasing used car from this dealership.Stephen was a great sales associate, and helped us choose the right car without the hassle and pressure. I will def buy my next vehicle from this dealership in the future, I will be coming back for that EV9!

Just finished buying two cars from this dealership and I can say that it was probably the easiest process I've ever had everyone there was extremely professional. Ray the salesman was fantastic very easy to work with. Hank the manager there has the best haircut in the business. it's definitely where you want to go for a kia. Super appreciate it!

If I could give this dealership and their staff 10 stars I would. From start to finish they made buying a new car an outstanding experience. They are not pushy when it comes to getting a sale and took the time to listen and understand my needs in the vehicle as well as what was within my budget. Steve (my sales guy), Yasir (manager) and Demario (finance) all worked diligently to get me into a vehicle I loved that suited my needs but was also within my price range. They all were super fun to work with and just so friendly and down to earth making the car buying experience just that much better! This dealership along with their employees really know how to set themselves apart from other dealerships and have defiantly set the bar. I am in love with my new Kia Sportage and the experience I had at Ciocca Ewing has definitely earned my business in the future. I can not recommend this dealership enough if you are in the market for a new vehicle!Thanks guys!

Recently had myTelluride serviced.The Service Department has the uncanny ability to quote me so many issues they said was wrong with my vehicle, Biggest was an apparent “Brake” issue that I wasn’t aware. I have a 70 mile round trip for work on “All Highways” and never experienced anything they say had been wrong with my brakes…being safety minded and 40k miles, I allowed this work.The Service Manager is a real character on hard sales to the unexpected…..

Lauren Greene was fantastic as an advisor. I unfortunately had someone else that was knowledgeable but did a repair that didn't need to be done by Kia. Should have been done by the aftermarket company that installed my sunroof.

Just want to share my experiences at this shop. I was a loyal customer for 7 years . Until I came across a disloyal customer service representative. He told me I needed a catalytic converter and bring my car on a Sunday leave outside of shop to cool off. Nope. I went to get a second opinion and was told it was the O2 sensor that needed to be replaced. So when I called back for service I was told by a operator that all was on my file was that I needed back breaks done. Now I'm afraid to bring my car there cause the lies could cause me money. I think this shop is a wonderful shop but please be careful with certain customers service representative in the Kia department I won't say his name cause I don't want him to loss his job. But eventually the company will find the snake.REDEEMEDAfter many calls,going to 2 different repair shops,and not being able to travel far all summer. I finally found out what was wrong with my car. I don't know why the part failed because I did all the required maintenance for my car on time for 7 years. I want to thank my service advisor Charles for fixing the problem. It turns out it was the catalytic converter, so Kia agreed to fix it with a one time Good will repair , and I paid for the labor. I was okay with that I needed my car working properly. Charles provided great customer service, and I bought my car in the morning he made sure I had my car repaired by the mid afternoon Thanks. Thank you Cicioca Kia for Great service I will maintain being a loyal customer. When I bought my car my sales representative told me to only let a Kia dealer work on your car. LookIng forward to continued GREAT SERVICE ???

We had an excellent car buying experience at Ciocca Kia. Our sales representative Frankie took his time to understand our needs and was not pushy at all. We appreciated his knowledge of the vehicles. He worked with his management to get us the best deal possible and we felt like he was sincerely trying to help us get the right car at the right price. The Manager on duty Yasser was also extremely helpful and cooperative. Our overall experience was very pleasant l, and would not hesitate to give them our business again.

Looked up a car on their web site, invoice price was acceptable and drove in to see it. Once there i was told about their market adjustment price hike of an additional $4,000!!! Told them that no one on the phone told me, and nowhere on their web site does it mention this. Every other dealership was upfront on their web sites with these adjusent, these guys were not until I was there after a 2hr drive. Even asked over the phone and nothing... just be honest about the true price online and over the phone so customers don't waste their time, that's it... no need to add these adjustments once people are in the dealership...
