Went for test drive EV9. Quite pleasant experience (thanks David@Subaru). But when sales guy after test drive, he argued for 30 mins, why I am here? What's my budget? I politely asked many times on lease price but in end, he made up some marked up numbers & told me, I am not here to buy.
Total turned off. Stay away.

When dropping our two Kias for service this week we worked with Lauren who was an outstanding representative for Ciocca in Ewing Twp. She was very attentive to our needs in addition to being a pleasure to do business with.

I got my third Kia from a dealer in Ewing. I had a such awful experience with them last time and this time purchase. My temporary tag expired on 5/26. I contacted them a week before the expiration date. Since 5/26, I contacted them multiple times, but nobody's home to pick up the phone, write an email or text. I tried every communication possible known to man to get a hold of them, but nobody got back to me until today (7/15). Howie at sales finally called me back today saying, my registration is ready. I hope they will pay more attention to customer service after selling a vehicle.

If I can give this place lower than one star, I would very unprofessional salesman contact you while you’re home and you live a half hour away to tell you to come down and look at a car that your credit was approved and then when you get to the car dealers they tell you there was a deposit put on the car and it’s unavailable why the salesman have to lie the salesman knew that the car wasn’t available before I got there so, why did he drive all the way down there goes to salesman are very unprofessional, especially the ones that Kia they lie to you to get you three the door and they really don’t care if you drive off the lot or not bunch of liers

Not happy with the service here at Ciocca Kia. Paid for repairs and still waiting on a part to come in. It’s going on almost a year that I am waiting. The part came in but was damaged during transport according to them. Recently asked for reimbursement but the “computer froze” and I have been waiting on a call back for two weeks. Nobody follows up with me. Every time I call, I am told I will receive a call back however, never receive the call. Old manager of the department left, person from sales department left. I am not surprised at all. When I first got this car I had to return 2-3 times because my car died multiple times on me despite them making the “necessary repairs.” Even after so many negative experiences, I am always harassed for a great review.

I brought in my car after waiting over two weeks for a recall was told that there was a few problems with my car they said that the cat converter was bad and also told me the brakes were all good I told them I would take it to my mechanic it would have cost me over 0ne thousand dollars when I took the car to my mechanic he and the cat converter was good and there was a problem with one of the back break and rotor because the brake caliper was bad and there was a Crack in the cv axle had to replace the brakes rotors and axle they should have noticed when they took my tires off to check my brakes I will never trust them again this is the last time here and will never buy another kia

5 star service is exactly what I received! I have been in the market for a Telluride SX Prestige X Line and Ciocca Kia was just the place I went. From my husbands initial interaction with Jeff, he was knowledgeable, informative, and patient. He worked with us on pricing and made sure to accommodate our busy schedules. After only a few days of being in contact, I went into Ciocca Kia and Jeff had all of my paperwork and requested car ready to see. I was in and out of the dealership in under two hours. Jeff went through all paperwork responding to each question I had in detail. He then took the time after the sale was final to show me all the bells and whistles the car had, bring me into service for new mats, and even gave my son a complimentary Kia stuffed animal.
