Absolutely horrible. I’ve been waiting on an assumption for months. Nobody is ever available to take a phone call and answer questions. I’ve sent paperwork in three times and they cannot find it. This is horrendous. Good luck trying to finds anyone to talk to.

Good luck trying to get in touch with a live agent. Fishy customer support practices. Zero stars is not available, sadly
