I’m very disappointed with this place. I have done business with them in the pass and sent them plenty of business. I placed a shirt order which I paid in full and was waiting for a proposal on getting my second truck wrapped. My order was placed on September 8 and I was told it will be done in two weeks. I’ve been calling this place for the past week never getting an answer or a call back. So I stop by today September 30 to be told that my order was never placed because they have a bigger order. So I let them know how unprofessional they were, and the first thing Luis wife says is I can give you a refund, so I took my refund and ask why I wasn’t never contacted with a proposal for my truck to get wrapped and her answer was I’m too cheap. Which really doesn’t make sense with me because I never ever was cheap about anything with them and they never gave me a price for the job so how does that make sense . This is the kind of service you get when you’re trying to help small local businesses with bad customer service. I will be getting both of my trucks fully wrapped at Slicks Graphics.

Best Screen Print and Embroidery Shop in Mercer County. Quality Service, Quality work, Friendly Staff, great prices. Only minor issue is they’re a little understaffed imo considering the amount of projects they take on, so sometimes it takes a little longer than you’d hope, but nonetheless I’ve been completely satisfied with every order.

I’ve been doing business with Blue Ink Studio since they first opened their doors for business.Luis has been nothing but professional from day one. He always takes the time to sit with you to make sure you get exactly want you want. And most times takes my idea and makes it better. The quality has always been great no matter what I have ordered. People always comment on our uniforms and signage and ask where I get them. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Give them shot, you won’t be disappointed.

Luis is a stand-up guy his prices are competitive and his quality is top notch. I had a bunch of things done by him- Wrapped my box truck/ Hoodies/ Long sleeve shirts / Hats / Emblems / and tote bags I was very happy with every product. I definitely recommend him!!! Great Job guys!
