Refused to cash o check I wrote out due to signature slightly did not match.
I found this inconvenient at first but then drove down to the branch to honor the check in person,
After I found out why and experienced tbe cust service I was impressed,manager pulled me to the side to state the reason, did not share that with the contractor I wrote the check to,
I was impressed ?

The people who work there are rude and not helpful at all. To be honest this bank should close their doors and put a lock on it as soon as I can I will close my account useless people

Made an appointment and was seen promptly at my scheduled time. Would HIGHLY recommend making an appointment online as there were several individuals coming in as a walk in that were quoted over a 2 hour wait.

Bank is utter dogshit… they need a vehicle policy number just to verify my fathers account that my vehicle is cosigned under when he gave every bit of information to verify himself including his SSN date of birth and so on. Would never work with or be a part of this garbage bank ever.
