This is literally the worst pharmacy EVER. Never have anything in stock. G*d forbid you have ADD and need your meds on a certain date....that will never happen because they order it once they get your script; by the time they get it delivered, it's way past your due date. Month after month after month. Head pharmacist is absolutely miserable and needs to retire.

Love this Walgreens! Everyone is very helpful and very Nice. The store is always clean. I especially love John the head Pharmacist. He also takes the time to say hello and is very knowledgeable . I used to go to CVS and they were also messing up my orders and very very rude! I highly recommend this location!

The store is fine. Always nice people at the counter. The head pharmacist is the problem. I have spent many years trying to do figure out if he is sadistic or just completely incompetent. I will no longer think about this. I advise anyone reading this to take pharmacy business to another store. Anywhere. My business is finally being taken elsewhere. I've had enough.

AVOID...and here's why...Today, December 23rd, 2020, I went into this Walgreens with the intent of picking up my Fedex package - they have a Fedex pickup window here. When I told the woman behind the desk that my package had been delivered on 12/22/20, she asked for my last name which I provided, and then she went back to look. She came back and told me that my package wasn't there and that I needed to call FedEx to find out where my package was. So I left momentarily, called FedEx from my car, who informed me that the package was in fact delivered and they have no other information to give me. I went BACK into FedEx where the manager then tried to look for my package. As he was in the back looking, the woman who helped me previously said "was it a Zara package?". I said that it was, and she replied, "I saw that there today, but now it's not there, I hope someone didn't take it." And I said, "I really hope not, that will be an issue, it's a Christmas gift for someone and I really need it."THEN!!! I started telling the manager what the woman just told me about the package and she started changing that story and said, "we get a lot of Zara packages here, but I haven't seen any today." LIKE WHAT? How shady and weird is that? After that, the manager and the woman went in the back together to look where I could see them whispering to one another. The manager came back and said, "so we don't have the package, it was here, but then we gave it BACK TO THE DRIVER." When I asked why, he said he had no idea why and that it is completely out of their hands now. I told him how important this package was and that I was trusting the Walgreen's location to hold my package for me as they were supposed to. I asked him to help me figure it out and he said that I HAD TO CALL FEDEX MYSELF and get it sorted out. I started to cry and left the store. They didn't apologize, didn't say they were in the wrong and didn't have a solution. I cried because this was a gift for my niece, the only gift for her and now I have nothing for her. I filed an investigation with FedEx but we all know how long that takes... I feel helpless and almost violated because I feel like a staff member took it, or something. I mean it said "Zara" on it, which is a nice clothing store. I would hope that isn't the case, but I really don't know. I am trying to get more answers & get to the bottom of this. I will never trust this Walgreen's with ANYTHING ever again. I'm so upset.

Everyone at this location is very nice and I've never had an issue. The pharmacist and pharmacy staff are great as well. Very helpful and always polite. Love Walgreens over CVS for some reason. Probably because I've always been treated right.

This Walgreens is my favorite to shop in. It is always clean and well kept. It usually has everything I need and the associates are very helpful finding things when I need their assistance. The rewards program is beneficial and I enjoy earning rewards while shopping.

I'm not sure why the low rating. Walgreens has good periodic sales on essentials, etc. This location is convenient on my work commute. They had the water that I wanted and a toiletry that I remembered I was out of. The cashier was friendly, especially at the early time of my trip. The store was clean & organized.

I sent pictures there for my mom today- of her wedding ceremony, special moments, and fun times. So of course she was on cloud nine going to pick them up. She has the confirmation email sent to her email and everything. Sadly when she gets there and walked up the the photo girl- the Walgreens worker was anything but helpful. When you have this job, your main concern should be the customer and their satisfaction. This tall girl with long brown hair could care less about helping my mother. Even when my mom was confused to why there were no pictures under her name, and showed her the confirmation email- the Walgreens worker just said the email number was wrong and there was nothing she could do. It is such a shock! They let her leave the store! Walgreens all over NJ and PA print pictures for our family...but to insult my mother and not help her and make her feel like she did something wrong (which she was at the correct one and we picked up her pictures, they were there all along)- that is the last time we will be using their services! Customer service is the number priority in businesses today, and obviously Walgreens does not train their employees in that aspect!
