“12/10 recommendation for a used car place. I bought a 2003 Honda accord last week and they let me take it to my mechanic to look over it and he said the mechanics of the car is in excellent condition with brand new parts! Beyond that I had minor issues with my air, window, & door which was all fixed within a week. Excellent customer service as well, I bought my car back to fix the minor issues at any time of day and they fixed it on the spot in minutes. Ralph sold me the car and was super kind and accommodating, and all the other staff are really kinda as well.”

“I don't know why its taken me this long to do a review. I have purchased 2 vehicles from here. I'm looking at possibly purchasing a 3rd. This is a small family owned business. We purchased our car from here way before Gladys daughter and one of her sons became a sales person. Like any other car dealerships you should always do your research. The prices are on the higher side but that's to be expected with a "Buy Here Pay Here". Most buyers that utilize this type of dealership can't get a deal anywhere else and they are considered a high risk. That's just business. Our first purchase here we were desperate. We were a 4 family household with horrible credit and a $30,000 income. Gladys got us in a car. We did have some mechanical issues but she address them accordingly. After we could no longer use that car we went back for another. Due to the issues with the previous car she gave us a great incentive which allowed us to get into something better. We purchased the car as well as a warranty. That car had issues as well but she addressed that with no out of pocket cost to us. That car lasted 10 years and is probably still running. The only reason we got rid of it is because all the door mechanisms started to go and it didn't drive as well in the summer. But after 10 years you expect that. Now my child is looking for a car. My husband and I have good credit now ?? but my child wants to do this purchase on their own. We found 1 car that's reasonably priced on their website so we may give them another try. All in all we love the family. Whenever we know someone is having issues with financing we refer them to Precision. I have been to other 'buy here pay here's" and this company is buy far the best when it comes to customer service. If you need help getting into a car and have to make payments I definitely recommend them.”

It seems that there was a pre-existing condition which surfaced after we drove off their lot as probably prior owner didn't maintain the cooling system properly. We're ending up having to get a new radiator.”

“Harman from Action Auto World is very professional, and changed my spare tire to a new tire. I popped a front tire on a curb, changed to a spare wheel, and then came to them. I asked them whether changing just one tire is ok, they say yes. They used a good quality tire too, and their order came in basically the same day. I asked if they can mount it back onto my existing wheel, they did the mounting as well. Inexpensive and very fast too. Would go back to them again!”
