There was inclement weather and the other local UPS stores all closed early without updating their voicemail or updating Google which you can do temporarily if you close early for the day. Very unprofessional on behalf of the other locations. This store remained opened and answered the phone when I called. They said of course they would be open normal hours until 7:30 p.m. Angela was extremely helpful and I thank them for everything they did to help get my package out. Even though this location is a little out of my way, I will make sure to use them in the future. I will be avoiding the other three locations that didn't bother to update their voicemail or Google.

Thanks so much to the female staff member who helped me repack my box so that it would actually close, and with a smile on your face ! You went above and beyond and it was appreciated ! Thank you ! It’s nice to see fantastic customer service somewhere !

Nothing but the run around. Lost package and they could care less. Do not waste your time with this location. Use a different place for your shipping needs. EDIT: See what I mean... run around... They have my contact information but can't be bothered to reach out. Just please contact us.... Lazy.

The rudest individual questioned notarizing a document. It was a simple witness of signature for bonds. He asked who I was. When I answered he said 'How could it be you, it says you're dead!'. What he didn't know is that he was referring to my deceased father who was noted in the document. We happen to share the same name. I will go out of my way and never step foot in this UPS store again.

Really a shame the same people working here act the same way every time and treat people the same way every time. Not sure what the issue is, but no one in there EVER seems to want to work or be friendly at the very least. Latest incident was comical. Their scanners weren’t registering my labels, guy told me I’d have to go home and reprint them. I asked if he could punch in the tracking info manually, to which he claim he couldn’t do it, it wasn’t his problem, and I’d have to go home and reprint the labels and come back before they closed this evening. Went around the corner to Staples who scanned them with zero issue and even explained how you can punch it in manually if there was ever an issue.Won’t be coming back. STAY AWAY!

Hey, This place is so ridiculous i went there and ask to print a label they have printer just scan barcode which is doesn’t work and i ask the guy he said email the label pay $4.00 for each label i have 10 label to print and he tried to robbed and like showing attitude like i am getting free service I already pay for packages more then $250.00 for my 10 package and paying $4.00 for label it is really too much. And they have tablet just scanned and print he trying to refuse me and i have to bring back my all package and have to go to staple and i show some bad review to dropping off big package let see what happen to me when i will go to drop off.

Shipped a package, didn't have to wait, wasn't caused any trouble. Dunno why the other reviewers put such a high premium on being greeted upon their entry if they're getting service regardless, but not surprised that Marltonians would so severely overestimate their self-importance as the area largely breeds and enables such a mindset. Typical entitled yuppie NJ crabs-in-a-bucket mentality, bitterly trying to get hourly workers fired for not being more enthusiastic wage slaves, doesn't get much more gross than that.

Yes, getting the employees to work at this store is like pulling hair. Family went into this place several times with packages already in shipment boxes, and they insisted on Putting the box inside of a box and ripping off their customer. Don't appreciate it won't be going there anymore. Pay attention!

Unfortunately, I made a big mistake switching to this store from another UPS store for a lower price. During Covid, even many months after the state had lifted the requirement of only two customers in the store, they still kept people waiting outside with their own two-person limit.On another occasion, I requested to borrow a pair of scissors from one of the employees to cut tape on a package. I could scarcely believe what I heard when she said that I wasn't allowed to have scissors (I didn't plan on running with them!), only she was allowed to use them to cut the item. How ridiculous.Finally, even though I am a customer with a mailbox, I'm still required to wait in line like everyone else to retrieve my packages, unlike the other UPS store, which let us sign them out on our own and forgo waiting in line.

In this store, they have the worst customer service possible. The associates were unwilling to work. The guy saw me enter the store with two boxes. One had about 50 lbs, so I assume he was upset after realizing he would have to carry the boxes at some point. I asked for instructions on where to leave the boxes to facilitate his work, but the guy refused to provide a good service. Everyone has their own personal problem, and I am not sure about this guy’s life or what he's been through. I think he needs help or just be trained better. UPS, DO BETTER!!!!
