I shipped a package worldwide saver and Alex told me in was guaranteed to be delivered in 2 days for which I paid $117 for a letter envelope and it is now late. When I called about the issue the girl today tells me International shipments are not guaranteed. I'll never use UPS AGAIN!!! I should have saved money and used USPS

Needed a box taped up and they wanted to charge me 2.99 to tape a box. I’m in that store all the time to return things from Amazon and they can’t have some kind of courtesy even the United States. Post office provides you tape. Absolutely ridiculous

Customer service for mainly one person is terrible. I have been coming here for years. It was always convenient. I am taking my package back. Hello FedEx.

Horrible customer service and total lack of responsibility on the part of the manager. My wife paid for overnight shipping; the clerk never told her the package would require a signature, which she knew was not possible. The package was rerouted and not available for pickup until 36 hours later. When I sent an email to the manager, I got no response and no credit. This branch is a terrible representation of the UPS brand.

I used to go there exclusively. The employees were helpful and friendly. The last time I went I was confronted by a loud mouth man who was rude and not helping anyone. He told customers to do things without any help. Not going back there!

There was inclement weather and the other local UPS stores all closed early without updating their voicemail or updating Google which you can do temporarily if you close early for the day. Very unprofessional on behalf of the other locations. This store remained opened and answered the phone when I called. They said of course they would be open normal hours until 7:30 p.m. Angela was extremely helpful and I thank them for everything they did to help get my package out. Even though this location is a little out of my way, I will make sure to use them in the future. I will be avoiding the other three locations that didn't bother to update their voicemail or Google.

Nothing but the run around. Lost package and they could care less. Do not waste your time with this location. Use a different place for your shipping needs. EDIT: See what I mean... run around... They have my contact information but can't be bothered to reach out. Just please contact us.... Lazy.
