I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent experience I had at your store in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. when I went to purchase a suitcase. I was browsing through your selection when I came across a suitcase that had another suitcase zipped up inside it. The price on the outside only indicated the cost of one suitcase.When I brought the suitcase to the cashier to purchase it, they unzipped it and revealed the second suitcase inside and informed me only one suitcase was at that price. I was surprised and felt deceived by this tactic. I then requested to speak to the manager to address my concerns.
The manager explained to me that they put the second suitcase inside to demonstrate that it could hold two suitcases. However, I still felt that this practice was misleading and deceitful. I left the store without making a purchase, feeling embarrassed and disappointed by the experience.
I believe that transparency and honesty are essential in any business transaction, and I was disappointed to encounter this deceptive practice at your store. I would like to speak to someone in management about this issue and discuss how it can be addressed to ensure that customers are not misled in the future.
