Poor management and ownership. I called, specifically told person I was on my way to pickup mail. She stated no problem, store open til 5 I will prepare your mail for pickup. I arrived at 4:50, no one here, store closed. One of many issues I’ve had with this store.

Nasty customer service. The older lady with black hair just doesn’t care about the costumer and has an attitude for no reason. She was done with me in two seconds and did not listen to me at all. Their hours are wrong on the official FedEx website. They close at 5pm and not 6pm. I mentioned it to her and I don’t think she cared much.Also smells like smoke inside.Go rather somewhere else!!!

Super convenient. Easy drop off. Rating a 4 because they are literally never open on time. I've sat in my car waiting to drop off packages many times at "opening time" only to wait at least 20 minutes for them to get there to open. Do not go at 9.

Easy place for mailing or just buying stamps. Do FedEx and UPS. Super friendly and no waiting. I hate going g to post office during holidays!

The hours are apparently incorrect. Google says open til 6pm, but I arrived at 5:30pm on a Thursday and they’re closed. There are no posted hours anywhere on the door. It only says closed Saturday and Sunday. Won’t be coming back. I’ll just stick with USPS scheduled pick ups.

I suggest that anyone who uses this place be very careful when using it for FedEx Services. Despite the fact that it's an "Authorized FedEx Shipment Center" the proprietress failed to send a package the way I asked. After completing the FedEx form, and handing it to the proprietress, I told her I wanted the package sent "FedEx Ground."Well, when I learned from my bank that the FedEx charge was close to $200, I learned further that it was sent "Standard Overnight." I went back to "The Mail Room" and learned that despite what I'd asked, I should have taken some action, other than telling her of my wishes. Of course, I'm wrong and she's right.Be very, very careful and get your service specifications in writing if you use this place.
