Significant delays and unfriendly service at this TD Bank branch reinforced my decision to discontinue banking with them. Despite attempting to close my account over the phone, which proved unsuccessful, I reluctantly visited the branch in person. The service inside was exceptionally slow, despite only three customers, and the interaction with a teller was marked by impatience. I hope this feedback reaches the branch manager, emphasizing that customers view this location as incompetent, rude, and unworthy of business.

Drive through teller lines are always really long. Seems like they make up holidays and close early. Predatory fees for certain account types.Republic Bank is what TD used to be. Go there instead.

I’m a patient person. This location changed that today. Not even close to enough employees working and those who did work too 20 minutes per person in line. I left the line and sat down because the person could t figure out how to replace a debit card. She left and came back 10 mins later with a coworker. Also didn’t k ow how. When the picked up the phone I turned and saw 10 people waiting behind me. Finally I told them to help the others and get back to me when they can. They need more trained employees here. This looks to be a corporate problem and not a branch issue.

Drive through takes a lot of time like 25 to 30 minutes even if there is no customer there.

Rude drive-through workers. Person who answered the phone for information was pleasant. Not as helpful or knowledgeable as other branches. Last resort branch.

This branch is poorly run. There was a line at the drive through on 05/18/2020 at 3.30 pm. They close at 4pm. I called and spoke to a male employee who assured me the tellers would take everybody who came before 4pm. I was in line since 3:40 pm. They stopped taking people & announced we were late. I have had other issues in this branch - a rude teller tried to lecture me on how to make deposits - she had no clue about attorney business/trust accounts & was clearly wrong but continued to be disrespectful. The manager was a bit nicer but after today’s fiasco, I would be closing all of my 6/8 accounts. TD bank used to be good, not anymore.

I want to preface with saying the majority of the staff is helpful and polite, yet there has been one absolutely infuriating problem. I come in with a very basic request- an application for a credit card. However, the one lady who helped me failed to realize my age (under 21), which lead to the forgetting of giving me a necessary form to fill out, which subsequently lead to a denial of the credit card. To this lady's credit, she did call me about needing to fill out the form. However, I return about a week or so later to apply again, and do so, but receive a letter in the mail saying that since I had just applied from before, I couldn't do so again. So once again, I get a call from the same lady telling me that I could come in tomorrow and that she'd be there. I go in the next day, and she is not there or responsive to the staff's calls to her. Overall, this has been a massive waste of my time, for something that shouldn't have been a problem in the first place.

Kevin, one of the managers, was so gracious and kind. I called the branch having been given the run around by several other TD employees in another location. Kevin was calm and collected and allowed me to vent to him even though I wasn't supposed to. I was angry and yelling and ready to close my account but he remained calm and assured me that he was going to own my problem and take care of it completely. He delivered within minutes! You need more like Kevin because some of your other employees out there are just clueless! Thank you.
