Milton was great .. helped me all the way through my transaction, never made me feel like I was a nuisance. Made everything very personable and was a very relatable person. His human centered customer service will have me looking for him every time I need something from Tmobile. In the past I felt with Ian who was very good as well.

I had an amazing experience with t-mobile today. Albert Truongcao was my representative- he was extremely knowledgeable, considerate and on the ball. I appreciate amazing service and he provided such. I would highly recommend considering him for a promotion based on his organization, his people skills and his honesty.

I want to give them o star if I can. When I opened an account in the past they told me a price, But when the bill came out, it was nearly $30 more expensive than what they told me. I went to their store to ask this question, Not only did they not help me solve the problem, they also denied what they told me before. very bad service

I would definitely recommend going to this store. I have always had bad experiences with network carrier stores. But I had a wonderful experience at this Marlton T-Mobile store. A big shout out to Christian who helped us out. He was patient enough to explain every single detail for us and helped us through the entire process without any frustration. We had a strange situation while porting that even people at the store were surprised, but these folks helped us through. The manager Kenny and one more expert Nicole pitched in to help us resolve this issue. Friendly and considerate people at this store folks! Definitely go to this store if you need a peaceful experience. If you live a little farther and couldn’t find a store that’s helpful, please go here and these folks will help you out.

Today, I had the pleasure of working with Milton at the Marlton NJ T-Mobile store. Milton handled all of the problems (3 in all) that T-Mobile on-line support could not.Milton is knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant. He is an asset to the store and to T-Mobile itself.Thank you Milton.

First time visiting this location, I only stopped in since I just had to pick up the brand new iPhone 14 at the Apple Store that had to be repaired which I just purchased a week prior. Long story short I received a defective iPhone 14 after waiting 5 days for it to be delivered. I stopped in the Marlton T-Mobile since it was close by and needed to register the eSIM. Lawerence was very welcoming and let me know there was a wait but he would help me as soon as he could. He was very patient even though the same issue I was told was repaired from apple was ongoing. He was able to restore all of missing messages and pictures while trying to figure out why the phone wouldn’t work without wifi after connecting the eSIM AGAIN. After almost 2 hours he swapped phones even was able to switch the new screen protector and camera lens protector I just put on the repaired defective 14 on the replacement. He was very attentive and was trying so hard to fix the issue. After 3 hours and a the phone swaps and backups there was still the same issue. He gave me some advice as to what I should do and even after I was a little rude and snapped at him he never lost his composure and was so professional. He also helped me jump start my car once It was time for me to leave (my sons left a light on) Lawerence thank you so much for trying so hard. He was dedicated, trying to make sure the phone was working before I left! I will say I was able to make calls after he was done just couldn’t use apps or text without wifi a small improvement but better than nothing. I live 25 mins away from that location it will be worth the travel if I ever need to go back. Lawerence deserves to be recognized and either promoted or receive a raise or bonus he is outstanding at his job! Thank you again Lawerence!!!

T-mobile Scam/Cheaters - Please be aware of T-mobile promotions. They are cheaters. Their information is misleading and filled with lots of lies. I worked with Eric who is the manager at Marlton Store in New Jersey. I took three lines of the Magenta Plus plan whit the offer of the trade-in and buy one get one free. I was supposed to pay only $900 for the devices and I was told that my phone will be unlocked any time after 45 days. Today, when I called them to unlock my phones, they started asking me the full price of the phones i.e. $2400.The shame on T-mobile and Eric for doing these unethical practices and trying to rob the hard-earned income of customers by misleading information.- Amit Goel
