We called Spring Dance Hot Tubs of NJ to repair our hot tub. I suspected the control panel was the problem and stated that before they came out. My wife and I work so I asked that they have the repairman call before he headed to our home. By the time I got home the repairman had the side panel off and declared he had found one of the hoses loose and I watched as he took all of 2 minutes to reattach the hose. I said I didn't think that was the problem but he said fill it with water and if it didn't work, call his cell phone or send him a text. I filled the tub and as I expected, the loose hose was not the problem. We tried texting and calling several times but he never answered or responded. In the end we paid $150.00 for attaching a loose hose, that I easily could have fixed, and that did nothing to repair our spa.

We have been waiting for 6 months to have our hot tub fixed after 3 service techs came out. I have called to follow up and I have left messages with no repsonse for several days and most of the prompts say the mailbox is full. Very unsatistied with the customer service.

We purchased our hot tub about 3 years ago. Unfortunately, the vapor barrier has failed and the cover has become very heavy. We emailed the company but haven't heard back. My question is/was, can we replace the foam or do we have to get a completely new cover? Thank you

I worked with Danielle at Spring Dance, and she always answered my questions, and was attentive with every detail! She even made sure I got my hot tub sooner than expected. Even when I had one repair issue, she sent a serviceman out in record time. He was so helpful, and personable and I can't recommend this team enough!

I purchased a Spring Dance hot tub several months ago. The sales team was extremely helpful in coordinating the delivery with the general contractor who was installing the deck. They made the process very easy. I had a technical issue with the hot tub this week (which was caused by the GC) and they came out and fixed it 3 business hours after I put in the service request. The tech fixed it immediately and perfectly. What a great organization!

Had an issue with a pump leaking in the dead of winter Causing my heater to shut down. Called on Friday came out by Monday completed the repair and my hot tub was back in full operation by Tuesday. They were extremely responsive

Best company ever! Greg Wagner should be the SalesPerson of the Year! Always there for us. He sold us our current Hot Tub over 3 years ago and is never more than a phone call away.I have owned either a pool or spa (Hot Tub)for over 50 years and Spring Dance is the best organization I have ever worked with. From Diane , Jerry, and Cathy they have always been there to provide service and support to Malachi who is the best technician I have ever met.

After having a really good purchase experience with this company several years ago, I have had a very good experience with service just recently.Their service technician arrived promptly as scheduled and found an operator error problem and made several suggestions to improve my operation of the hot tub.Quality product quality service.

I am thrilled with my recent purchase of a hot tub through the Marlton store. From sales to delivery to service, everyone was professional and knowledgeable. The hot tub is beautifully designed and easy to maintain. When the hot tub needed a minor adjustment, I contacted our salesperson, Cheryl, who got the right people involved and the situation was remedied within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Spring Dance to anyone who wants to get a hot tub.

Got our hot tub in February from Spring Dance. We worked closely with Cheryl who was a pleasure. The rest of the staff was great too, very friendly and knowledgeable. We were in the process of building our deck and they were extremely flexible with the timing of delivery because of this. Delivery was smooth no issues at all. We needed a service call and the service team was fantastic! We are so pleased with our purchase and happy with the service as well.

Sales personnel were great. We bought in Marlton, after 6 weeks of comparing models and other stores. Spring Dance worked with us to get a perfect tub for a family of five that also provides the massage therapy I needed for my back. Delivery and installation was flawless, though it takes time, particularly for electrical hookup. The family enjoys it, we use it to entertain, and the adults use it to relax. We are very happy with our purchase.

Was helped from the second we walked in the door. Danielle was knowlagble professional and never made us feel pushed or pressured. A+ customer service I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a hot tub. Delivery was easy they set it up and showed us what we needed to do and explained everything about the tub we needed to know. If you are looking for a new hot tub go see Danielle!!!! We have an older hot tub, and it has needed service on a few occasions - this time it was the control panel. The buttons stopped working and it finally just shot off. We called and Spring Dance was able to get parts (although it took a while!). Once they arrived, Malachi, the technician was very professional and helpful, and had us up and running in no time.
