SHINE is an amazing community, everyone is so welcoming and the practices get you where you need to go. Classes are very affordable and there's a wide variety of availability. Highly recommended

What great classes! I've struggled with anxiety and depression and this definitely is the class that helps to relax me and keep me centered... �I love the instructors and so glad to be a part of it
