If I could give this organization 0 stars I would. I am a member of administration at a prominent nursing and rehabilitation facility in New Jersey who had employed the use of this company's services. The stylist provided for my facility was unskilled, rude, and constantly asked my long term care residents for tips. All this could have been forgiven (every company has their bad apples, after all) if only the management at this company was responsive and attentive to their clients' needs. We had numerous phone calls and emails regarding the shoddy work product of their employee ignored or pushed off. There were virtually no check-ins from management, the salon was constantly left filthy, and infection control procedures were not being followed. If you are approached by this company RUN. Do not utilize them if you truly care for your residents.
