Handles Paramount Plus acct but you can't get them on the phone. "Cindy" seems to be the only person that works there and is never at her desk to answer the phone. Sorry but I don't want to leave a message I want a person to answer and I wouldn't mind waiting on hold rather then leave my number when no one calls me back! I'll probably cancel my Paramount plus acct
