My technician was very attentive and helped me tremendously to make sure my lab results went to the right doctors. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

The tech was rude. I advised her up front I was 86%deaf. Regardless, she practically WHISPERED while WEARING A MASK COVERING HER FACE preventing me from lip reading. She appeared to not know what she was doing. I advised he "top hand only" as being a diabetic for 30 years this is the only area where you can tap a vein. Yet she insisted on examining my arms until she could not locate a vein. She asked several questions that did not pertain to her job. This experience was HORRIBLE !

Nie , the lab technician was extremely sweet and helpful. Like my previous appointment the system did not show up the test details, but she was very patient and also ensured to talk to the customer service to resolve it for me. The blood draw was smooth and not painful. Overall, I would rate the whole experience to be great at this location.

I recently went to a competitor where I had an appointment for my son and had to walk out after 2 hrs of still not being seen. I was happy how easy it was to make an appointment that fit the times I needed, and when I walked In it was so clean. There was clear Instructions on how to check in. And they displayed the wait time, the list of people ahead and who may be walking in for an appointment. ( all of which the other place did not do) the woman who called us back was super nice, and able to calm my son for his blood work. She did the job efficiently. I plan on calling my doctor and switching my bloodwork to quest for my up coming appointment!

I came here early on a Friday morning and parking was easy and plentiful. They have one kiosk that worked just fine for me. No issues creating in. I had the pleasure of getting the phlebotomist, Chanel. She's great! Normally I'm a hard stick, but she got it on the first go. She was pleasant and good at her job. A+ Chanel! You rocked it! Thank you.

Lady taking my blood had to try both arms. She couldn’t get anything for one single tube on my right and then went to my left. While she was on the left arm needle in my arm she was really digging around. The bruise started later that day but my arm didn’t start feeling pain on it until Friday. I am in the army reserves and they had to take blood this past Saturday and that lady got blood out of my right arm no problem. I will not be going back to this site will find another quest lab.

Got there for simple blood drawat 2:35 pm. and was greeted immediately with... sorry, Ima spinnin my last tubes and packed up. This place says it CLOSES AT 3 - WTH???? They should not say that unless they post a time for LAST DRAWS. never going back!

I always have an issue with Quest but this time was horrible. I arrived 11 minutes late to my appointment and the degenerate lady who works there said I had to reschedule. She said they can only take 2 people every 10 minutes because God forbid anyone should work too hard. I did not go 2 hrs later for the new appointment for my fasted blood test. I will never use quest again.

Malika threatened to call my employer after making me wait an additional hour. Both male (rich he said his name was) and female were giving me attitude and terrible service. I left and will not be coming back to this quest location!
