Really cute and kid friendly store. Carries high-end bedroom furniture, linens, toys and decor. The layout can be a bit confusing if you're looking for something specific, but the staff is very friendly and helpful and was happy to help us find what we needed very quickly.

I ordered a "tower" (bookcase) as part of the Cameron Wall System. It came in good condition and unassembled, as expected. I liked it so much I ordered a second one. The second one came assembled, dirty, and missing a foot. I paid full price for this item. I CANNOT BELIEVE that a company that brands themselves as "upscale" would even CONSIDER charging someone full price for something without so much as a disclaimer that it's used or in an open box. I went online to leave a review and realized, they don't allow for reviews of their products on their websites, and questions asked by customers are not posted publicly. What a shameful company. I will never shop here again.

If I could give ZERO Stars, I would!!! WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM POTTERY BARN KIDS!!!!!!! We ordered from the drop-down menu on the website "In-Stock Kid's Funiture" back in May; you'd think with a label like that, the items would be INSTOCK (what a crazy idea). Well, you guessed it... they aren't. It's going on four months, and the items are still not all in stock. They have changed the estimated delivery four times now without explanation. The website and emails the company sends never share that the items are not in stock, poor communication, and transparency. Customer Service is nothing to write home about either, be ready to wait 30-45 minutes before you speak to someone. In my case they are nice but have no idea how to help other than ready their screen, I have the same conversation Every time I call, but each time the customer service rep has different information, "I'm happy to inform you all items are in stock" I'm sorry ma'am, you were given the wrong information they arent in stock...etc. Today I tried to cancel my order because I just want to take my money and business elsewhere, but I can't even do that. They said my items are in "fulfillment," so I have to wait until they are received at the delivery warehouse ( the people who will deliver my items) and cancel with them. So basically, there is no end in sight. So please be warry of ordering with Pottery Barn Kids, Please learn from my ongoing experience. I hope this will be resolved sooner than later, but something tells me that it will be another few months.

Surprisingly terrible customer service. We had called ahead inquiring about a particular furniture item, was told they do have it on the floor to try out, but that was not the case. 30 min drive for nothing. The general in store experience was bad too. There was one really nice helpful lady (I wish I caught her name, African American, about 5'7" ish). Everyone else literally just...stared at us. It was really uncomfortable, to the point that we just made our purchases online.

The folks in the store a great, but with the current state of back orders, your baby will be out of the crib by the time it shows up. And god forbid you try to order a custom fabric chair. If you don't have 6 months to wait, don't bother at this point.

Absolutely the worst return experience! I purchased Plush LightUp Dinosaur, which turned out to be of VERY poor quality for the price of $59. I returned it promptly, following all instructions. Never received a refund, even after being promised it by two representatives. The useless gift card came in the mail instead. Needless to say I won't shop and Pottery Barn Kids again.

There aren’t even ways or words to show how appreciative I am of Melissa and staff at PBK in Marlton. They helped me get exactly what I needed and made sure I’d receive it before Christmas. They were accommodating and showed empathy. Thank you, again, for helping me!

Mariel went above and beyond to help me when I was unable to get in contact with customer service. Not only did she get in contact with them she also got me in contact with the manufacturer of the product I was having issues with and connected them with me!
