Waited over an hour just to get a new debit card and still waiting.
Super understaff bank.
There should be no reason why there is one banker and one teller.
Never coming back here.

Bank Tellers are great and helpful. The banker who has the office on the front left side of the building when you enter has terrible customer service skills and 0 etiquette. Will not be going back to this branch because of her.

The staff here was so helpful, kind and nice. my husband and I were greeted and helped very quickly and efficiently. Anuneet and the manager Chris were both very friendly and knowledgeable . They helped us with what we came in for and they were so nice to our kids we brought with us. Sometimes it’s hard to get stuff done when you have to bring little ones with you but they interacted with them and joked with them and it made the process easy and enjoyable. They both deserve recognition for being great at what they do . I highly recommend going to see them at this branch.

My daughter went in to this branch location to get her debit card printed. The employee stated she needed to have funds in the account t, and provided her with the account number to transfer into. Turns out the money was deposited into my account, not hers and was pending. The employee, I did not get her name but she was in the first office and was an Indian woman, was extremely unhelpful and when I ask ed the process and why she did not explain, she stated - “I don’t know where the money is coming from and I don’t know how it gets processed”. Extremely frustrating experience and we will NOT be back.

Terrible branch. Never go here. Made an appointment, get there and the person I had the appointment with went on lunch break and wouldn't be back for an hour. Extremely inconsiderate.

I have also found this branch to be particularly difficult to do business with. Although I have found the staff to be rude at times and always unhelpful, a lot of the problem seems to come from understaffed and poorly trained tellers and managers. This is a primary reason I am trying to close my account. Are you surprised that I will be on my third try to close this tiny account?

I have never been to this branch but had called them to inquire about a service. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and then quietly disconnected. Looks like the rest of the reviews are reflective and customer service is not their priority.

I have no problem with the branch but unfortunately they represent PNC. I went in to get a problem with my ATM card corrected. First a PNC representative requested I scan a QR code to establish a place in line (I was one of three) then prompted to answer a series of questions on my phone while other customers simply got in line (ahead of me, no QR code needed?). The rep said let me help you and dialed a corp number and said the hold time was 1 hour. Finally I got in line and spoke to Ms Mitra who solved my problem in about 7 minutes. PNC Corp needs training on customer service (I suggest Ms Mitra conduct the class).

This branch is the worst one and unfortunately it is right by my house, although I try to use other branches when possible. I decided after a couple years to write this review after I went to the branch for a new ATM card today. I told the teller I needed a new card because it was compromised and she sent me to a QR code to sit and wait for the only office person to be available. After 25 minutes she said no one else was there so she could now take me. I told her I’ve never had to wait for someone just to make a new card. It annoyed her… She asked me how the other card was compromised and I told her a restaurant charged it. (I already closed the account and asked for the charges to be reimbursed via phone call to the “number for stolen cards” so I guess she was just curious). She said “hmmm that’s weird. That doesn’t usually happen. People usually don’t take the time to punch in the cards.” I Responded I was at Newark airport the day the charges were made, so I can’t be in two places at once. Maybe she should just give me the card, and say have a nice day or something. I felt she questioned whether I was being honest. Previously, on another occasion, I was in the branch and a customer service person was taking a “required tutorial” and then taking quizzes. She half listened to me and when I told her I needed to leave, she still didn’t push pause in her required work tutorial. I got abrupt and only then did she finish helping me with my account issue. The people I dealt with need customer service help. They do not seem to care about professionalism, and probably should work someplace where people’s skills are not a requirement. Your time is not important to them.
