The manager and her assistant at this location or such sweet young ladies..They actually made sure that my amount was correct and with customer service like that I know why PNC Bank is successful..Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

I came in to get some simple information on the credit cards and tai knew absolutely no information and sent me in all the wrong directions. She was even yawning in front of us. As a PNC customer, I am disgusted with the service at this particular branch. I scheduled an appointment to open another account. I arrived five minutes early sat for 20 minutes where I was not greeted by anyone. There was no customer service reps behind any of the desks, finally a rep walked up to me, asked me if I was a different name I said no she sat down, so I got up and walked out they lost what could’ve been another account, but I guess they could care less. They all had an attitude for the most part, except for the one gentleman who was a teller. Unhelpful and unprofessional. But I guess that’s the way of the world nowadays. Customer service everywhere is subpar and that includes here!

I went there today to take out some money and the woman who helped me was so completely rude to me. She wouldn’t look at me or talk to me. When I was Trying to tell her how I would like my cash she wouldn’t even let me talk she just said no. I became so flustered I didnt Know what to say. Like she wasn’t even gonna try and figure out how to help me. I will Never return to this branch and I’m considering changing banks. I never Want to feel like how I felt Today after my experience. I was So upset.

I worked here for 1 month in may/june of 2021. This is absolutely the worst business I've ever worked in- and I've served in the Military which I thought would have been the worst of the worst. The Branch Manager Shawn is elitist and cares more about looking the part the being the part. I went a month without any formalized training because he didn't have the backbone to get his Lead teller Amanda to train me. Meanwhile these people tried to manipulate me from day 1 about taking the full time position so they could "promote me faster" to a position that the bank didn't even have room for... so comical. If you are a teenager or young adult- never work here as a first job or an in between job. Thankfully i didnt need the money. Shawn has no idea how to lead and they churn through new tellers bi monthly for that reason. Amanda isn't enforced to train new staff-which she gets paid to do, nor does she follow company procedure for that matter. They tried getting me to run the bank after my 2nd week-without holding any prior banking knowledge, while they all go on vacation-july 2021.

If I could give a zero stars rating I would. The employee DAN needs to be fired. He is unbelievably rude to all customers as I have observed in the past three weeks. Today he was so awful that despite my 35 year relationship with PNC, I am headed to TD bank to open an account. I can't believe that PNC would retain an emplyee this hostile and rude.

The wait inside the lobby can be painful, despite two or more tellers at the window. Customer service is not this bank branch's expertise. I believe it has largely to do with poor management- and most of them, if there, are in meetings or not at their desk
